I don’t and never will shop here, so I cannot speak of a shopping experience. However, I can say that their staff is incredibly kind and helpful! I’m moving and ran out of boxes, so I started calling around to office supply and book stores to try and find some free ones. None of them had spare boxes and some were rude to me about it.
Then I called Deseret. The lady on the phone was kind, courteous, and took the time to help me. They had spare boxes and when I arrived to load them, another woman came out and asked if I needed more, also being very kind and courteous. Where the other stores made me feel awkward for asking, Deseret was happy to help!

Great books and road trip kid activity sets. Came here to buy a gift for a friend. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return again.

Always a positive experience when visiting Deseret Book! The staff is happy and willing to help, even if they are in the middle of a project. The books are enjoyable to browse and the art work available is beautiful. The home décor is modern and fresh and there is always something creative to be found.
