Better Chiropractic

I started seeing Dr Bates just the other day when I was experiencing a lot of pain. He immediately made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I had never been to a chiropractor before so was nervous but now I can’t wait for my next appointment because the treatment gives such relief. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. When I had a concern about numbness in my leg, I called and they were able to see me within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location if you need help with pain.

My entire family went to see Dr bates. I asserted myself with him about his unprofessional receptionist. Now he won’t see my family. Dont ever use them. Doesn’t honor his word & is unprofessional. Thank you but no thank you. Svae yourself the trouble.

I absolutely LOVE the treatment I receive at this office. Dr. Bates is very kind and does amazing work. I’ve been to MANY chiropractors over the years for my back and neck pain, and he is by far the best. It is definitely a full service office. Check in is easy and you list all your symptoms using an iPad app built for chiros. It’s very simple.
When I go in for my adjustments, I am initially treated to a TENS session (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) along with a heating pad for about 15 minutes. This is usually the best part of my day! Then he takes the time to rub my back and loosen up my muscles even more and applies some pain relieving cream (like Bengay but better) all over. Then comes the adjustment. Due to my Myofascial Pain Syndrome, I generally have really tight muscles and a lot of chiros have not been successful at adjusting every area that needs it. However, Dr. Bates gets everything about 99% of the time, which I love.
They also have in office massage therapists which are good. I have had one massage and it was ok. I’ve had better and worse. I’m spoiled in this regard as I have a friend who does it and I get 3 hours massages on a regular basis, so I don’t really go here for this. However, it’s nice to know it’s available when my friend isn’t, and for the price, you can’t beat it. I want to say it’s an extra $ 35 if you get an adjustment for an hour, so definitely worth it.

Brennan Bates is a talented doc with an impressive understanding of the human body. He and his team provide a uniquely comprehensive approach to pain management which is appreciated with my aches and pains from being hunched over at work and repeated wrecks biking. He keeps me moving and feeling healthy so i can do it all again tomorrow.

Dr Bates is awesome! I’ve been to several chiropractors in the past and none have helped me as much. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well!

Best chiropractor Ive been to… and the massage therapist is fantastic as well. With a number of past sports injuries I was used to living with pain… Im glad I was introduced to Dr. Bates, because that pain is now gone. Not to mention… the massage therapist on staff is the best I’ve ever been to… and Ive been to many, including paying top dollar at 5 diamond resorts. Do yourself a favor and make a visit!

Dr. Bates is the best chiropractor in the valley. I drive all the way out to Gilbert to see him. He totally resolved a chronic shoulder issue that I had been suffering from. I have also seen him work wonders for athletes that I work with. If you live in Gilbert and are suffering from pain or just looking to improve the quality of your life there is no excuse to not stop by.
