For a fast food restaurant this place is great. Super clean and very friendly staff! And of course the low carb style burger was very tasty. Good place to stop after a long trip back from the Baja 1000 race!

We were on our way to California – we stopping for breakfast at Mcdonalds and it was packed – decided not to wait – and noticed the new Carl Jr’s – this is our first review of a fast foot restaurant –We walked in to a sparkling spotless restaurant – were greeted immediately by the two staff members – a young lady and a young man who I think was the manager – Felipe? Have never been made to feel so welcome – when my husband was returning to his chair with his hands full of the paper and coffee – the manager ran and pulled out his chair for him – where were we? The service was amazing – the food was delicious – bathroom was spotless – just a wonderful experience — I have been so anti Carl Jr because of their stupid commercials – but these employees truly did an outstanding job.

I was so surprised by this Carl’s! We stopped at the McDonald’s next door on the way out of town and decided highly against that on the way back into town. This Carl’s Jr location was clean and the staff was super friendly! I used the bathroom and was even surprised at how clean that was. Definitely will be stopping here next time I head that way.

It’s a Carl’s Jr, so if you’re going here, you know to have zero expectations. Service is friendly, though.

The Supercharger brought me in but now I’d stop here, regardless. This Carl’s is well run, staffed by really friendly local people and really puts a good foot forward for a unique desert town which proudly lists its four digit population with«…and five old crabs» on the welcome sign. This place gets hit by locals all day and those passing through in herds but they keep up with the flow and always offer a cool place to relax and fresh, made to order food. This is a true desert oasis where one can cool off with a big, cold drink and get first rate fast food served with a smile. Yeah, the smile is important and you get it here.

This place is shiny and new. I love the new burgers in the commercials so this is my food spot in Gila Bend. They have wifi and fresh brewed iced t so the are awesome!

My wife and I were on our way back to San Diego after spending a few days in Tucson. Sometimes you just have to eat… somewhere. I had never eaten Carl’s Jr food before but my wife told me they were better than McDonalds and there wasn’t much choice in this desolate neck of the woods. Apart from my thick shake I thought my double beef burger and zucchini fries tasted like crap. Their burgers sure look a lot bigger and fatter on TV. Hopefully we won’t be back.

Sweet potato fries and orange cream shakes, those are my wife and son’s kryptonite :-)

This is the newest, cleanest, and least crowded of all the fast food/pit stop places in Gila Bend. It’s the first thing you pass if you come from the Yuma direction and the last thing you pass if you come from Phoenix. The McDonald’s has always been the old standby but now there’s a less crowded alternative. It is actually at the western end of the big parking lot that has McDonald’s and a whole lot of huge truck parking spaces. Service was decent and food was alright. Bathroom was clean. I usually just blow through Gila Bend but if I need to stop here, this is the place.

This was a nice clean place to eat. It is a typical Carl’s Jr. The food was good and the staff was nice, and the bathroom(mens) was clean. The only downer was the do not have their great biscuits on the menu. Too bad, I love those things.

If you are going west on I-8, this Carl’s Jr is tucked behind the McDonald’s and a Love’s Travel stop. It’s also the first restaurant on the left if you are headed east. So, it’s very easy to miss if you blink your eye while passing through this ‘lil ‘olé town. I’m not quite sure why the steel décor in the restroom(sink and urinal) look like they belong at a rest-stop or prison cell(The Gila Bend McDonalds definitely has a better looking restroom), but if you need to drop a bomb, chances are that you will have more privacy here. The customer service was also a little off– large parties are allowed to stand near the register and stare at the menu while those in the line who are ready to order are left waiting. Other than all that, it’s your typical Carl’s Junior. Bön appétit!
