Had breakfast here after spending the night at the motel next door and it was outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was great. Just wish that we lived closer so that we could here more often.

Loved the food. The best hamburger, cooked med. rare with real cheddar cheese. What sets it apart was the delicious bun. Firm enough to hold all the toppings without it all dripping out. Fabulous onion rings and a great Cuban sandwich. It can’t rate 5* with such slow service. The two waitstaff were so overworked. They did the best they could but there are two different rooms to sit in and two outdoor areas. They were in and out doors like a French farce. It was a little chilly and the fireplace was going. Delightful. It is imperative to have more staff working.

If you look like a biker don’t expect to get seated or served. After an hour sitting here, our two burgers are now in a rush status… Oh there are many tables in front of us that are still waiting we were just informed. All I can say is they are either anti biker or very very badly miss managed. There are numerous empty tables in the restaurant.

Let me begin by saying that I have a special place in my heart for local business and I have always loved the food here. However my most recent experience with this Restaurant was less than stellar. I took my mother out to a Friday morning Brunch, our serves were prompt and very curtious. However the General manager(I know because I asked) decided to have a business meeting in the dining area which would have been ok if their conversation was at a normal volume. However the meeting about menu design and what you need out of your servers was so loud that we heard every word of their meeting from across the restaurant. We didn’t go out to be includedin a discussion about font types and to hear a person speak about the psychology of word placement. And while we’re on the subject because we got to hear 2⁄3 of your meeting what matters most is that you have a staff that knows the menu and can tell customers about specials. What matters is the service hospitality, and positive imagery. Part of postive imagery is not haveing a meeting when customers are present. As someone who has spent a lot of time working in customer service I hope this review has helped your establishment.

Ever since we moved to Geyserville about a year ago we frequently dine at the Geyserville Grille. They have been kind to us from the day we arrived! Dom, the handsome young manager, is top notch! He makes sure the patrons are happy and the restaurant is running smooth. My wife and I had a baby recently and my mother threw my wife a baby shower here at the grill. Again, Dom came thru big time to make it an occasion to remember! Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to attended lol! Throughout the summer, they have bbqs on the lawn with local bands, wines and great food. The Inn also seems like a great place to stay if you are visiting wine country! The last time we dined here was for Valentines Brunch. Again, we were blown away by the customer service. Of course, they were busy cuz of the holiday, but somehow the staff handled it in a manner where it didn’t seem as busy as it was! Way to go Geyserville Grille! We feel so lucky to have you within walking distance to our home. Can’t wait for our next dining experience with you! Oh I have to mention the bar, which I believe is still the original bar from when it was the Hoffman House. The renovation on the older Inn was done so well, we take tips on their remodel and incorporate their style in our house! It’s a cool place! Thanks again! The Martini’s

Protein portions were very low. The French dip was mostly bread and the ahi tuna nachos had very little tuna. So despite the friendly staff we will not be back.

Great spot to catch breakfast or lunch while in the wine country, i.e., Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Rockpile and Russian River Valley AVA’s. Since there isn’t another place that specializes in Breakfast and Lunch near Geyserville, this place is very popular with the locals. We tried it for both meals and the selection was good. The service was done well. The food was fresh and yummy. Chicken Tortilla Soup was really great. Eggs Benedict were fabulous. Strongly recommend Geyserville Grille when you are in the neighborhood.

Cute and convenient place if you are staying at the Geyserville Inn. Full bar so you can walk there, get wasted, and make it back to your room… Hopefully. We had a 2 for 1 deal from Travelzoo. The breakfast food was delicious. Get the crab benedicts and omelette. The chicken tortilla soup was good, but it was just lukewarm. I was too hungry to complain. Service was friendly and fast.

Good burger, onion rings and salad. Limited menu and a couple of beers on tap. Remember to order a side as the entrees do not come with one. Lots of seating. Not cheap. Decent staff(seemed new/young)

Haven’t been there since ownership changed to Geyserville Grill. Went with my daughter and her friend for a late Sunday brunch. We live in Healdsburg and always too busy with tourist. Pleasantly surprised how great the food was. I had a veggie Eggs Benedict. Cooked to perfection. Another dish Portobello wrap. Which was incredible. The waiter was attentive and sweet. Best of all, it was 10 min from Healdsburg with beautiful views with no wait. I’m so excited knowing this place is here. I hate to give reviews, lol. Don’t want others to find out. Great job. Thank you Geyserville Grill

I came for breakfast on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago in November, and was so grateful it was warm enough to sit on the patio– only in Sonoma county! My server was Zack, and I had the Eggs Benedict, which was heavenly! It was so relaxing to enjoy a wonderful breakfast and take in all the beautiful scenery with vineyards and gorgeous fall colors. Zack was very attentive, not too much so, but I definitely felt like the service was very good. It used to be the Hoffman House, and the service and quality of the dishes is still top-notch. I highly recommend the Geyserville Grill and look forward to visiting again soon!

My girlfriend and I were staying at the Geyserville Inn last Saturday night. On Sunday morning, we decided to get breakfast next door at the Geyserville Grille. The restaurant has a pretty unusual design. Instead of being tucked away in the back of the restaurant, the kitchen doors are smack in the middle of the dining area. We were seated close to the kitchen door so we saw a constant stream of servers popping in and out of the kitchen. It doesn’t seem wise to have the kitchen so close to the customers. We could see a ton of people milling about and very little food leaving the kitchen. After being seated, we waited quite a while for our food. During that time, we realized that there was a side door to an outside patio next to our table. This door would swing open on its own accord and sometimes due to employees going outside to take a break. When the door opened, a cold draft would flood over our table. It was very unpleasant and we had to ask a server to lock the door for us. Geyserville Grille really needs to fix this problem. The restaurant is not designed well, and they should change the configuration of their tables. We eventually received our food. My girlfriend ordered the American breakfast which had chicken apple sausage, two eggs, toast, and potatoes. While this dish is pretty simple, there were a few parts that didn’t work. The sausage was sandpaper dry and bland. The potatoes were also bland and seemed to exist solely to fill up the plate. I had the breakfast burrito. This was actually really great though. The chorizo was flavorful and the salsa had a bit of a kick to it. I liked that the burrito contained sour cream and guacamole as well. If you are going to eat at the Geyserville Grille, I would definitely recommend this dish. Overall though, we didn’t really enjoy breakfast here. The service was not great, and parts of our dishes were not cooked correctly.

Last night we enjoyed dinner at this quaint house on the north end of town. Food; Our entrees were delicious. My steak sandwich was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the other members of my party also enjoyed their meals as well. Service; Our waitress was professional, attentive and efficient throughout our meal. There were two notable exceptions though first we made two requests for bread which never made it to our table and second after our entrees arrived our waitress disappeared. I mean gone trying to flag her down for a dessert menu and then the final check became a project in futility. This awkward ending to our meal is why I am only giving three stars. This restaurant is a far better choice than the overly pretentious Diavlo Pizzaria.

Good food, excellent service! Bonus is that they serve Peets coffee; non of that starstuck stuff. We had the portobello mushroom omelette and crab cakes eggs Benedict. They even separate the two on our dishes to share.

We been to the Grille several times now. Most recently for breakfast earlier this week. I had the chiilaquiles which were delicious. My husband had the crab cake benedict, he liked it but felt the carb cakes themselves were a bit small. We had excellent service from beginning to end.

With the less than stellar reviews, I did not have high expectations for this place. But my man had booked a last minute getaway at the Geyserville Inn through SFGate, & it included both breakfast here for 2, plus a discounted lunch. I happily took care of all other plans/meals/reservations for the trip. What the heck? It’s probably just a continental breakfast, I thought. That would barely constitute a blip on our wine country food itinerary. Surprise, surprise! It included 2 full breakfasts, from anything on the breakfast menu, not to exceed 25 bucks. With the entrée average of 10 bucks, that easily covers breakfast & coffee for 2. I say skip the coffee, it’s not good. But, admittedly, I’m a coffee snob. The menu choices were impressive. Monte Cristos, chilaquiles, crab cakes, pulled pork sliders??? Not what I expected. With tax, we ended up paying 4 bucks I think; plus the tip. $ 4 full breakfast for 2? Sweet. We are not morning people. We slept in & didn’t get to the restaurant till 11:45 or so. It’s now lunch menu time. We asked if we could still order from the breakfast menu. Our server, Tiffany, checked w the kitchen, & they said no problem. She went above & beyond, even inviting us to the Sunday barbecue. She was outstanding. Sweet. The chilaquiles were sold out. So, I went the basic route. Scrambled eggs w chicken apple sausage. The eggs were fine. The chicken apple sausage was very good. But what surprised me were the home fries. I never expect them to be good(my Buena Vista review). Crispy, seasoned… these were great. Sweet. The toast comes with. This is lost on me since I almost never eat toast. I’d rather have a decadent pastry if I’m going to cash in my major carb chips. Or, those fabulous, perfectly cooked home fries. But I ordered sourdough in case my man wanted the toast. He went w the breakfast burrito. It was delicious! Chock full of all the usual breakfast burrito components, including those fab home fries & lots of avocado. Sweet. Next day, our server was equally as great. Jennifer was on-point in every way. I ordered just a crab cake, he ordered the pulled pork sliders. Honestly, all of the ingredients were so fresh! My crab cake was excellent. The arugula it came w was perfect. The sliders rocked. Sweet, sweet, sweet. Service & food were way above par. Both servers were attentive, sincerely friendly, & efficient. They exceeded my expectations, & that’s an understatement. What a nice surprise. Out on the patio, surrounded by vineyards… very nice. 5 stars.

Relaxing sunny(or shady) outdoor seating, creative food, thoughtful staff. Pros: — Relaxed environment — choose your own seating, stay as long as you like. I lingered over lunch reading a book — staff just checked in on me every now and again to see if I needed anything. — Fresh ingredients, creative dishes. I chose the fish tacos — combining ahi tuna with pork belly: sheer genius. — Thoughtful staff — when I declined an additional refill of ice tea as I was going to head inside the hotel out of the sun, the waiter asked if I might like to have one to go. Cons: — Not super fast food for those in a rush Bottom line: Great start to a weekend in Geyserville. Come for the food, stay for the sunshine.

No more than mediocre food and odd service. Upon arrival, the hostess seemed very uncomfortable and instead of guiding us to our seats(as most hosts do) she said, «after you.» So we found our own seats outside. As soon as we sat down she asked us if we would like something to drink. We had not even had time to look at the menu. After getting to look at the menu we were ready to order. Unfortunately, we waited about 20 minutes for anyone to come by. It definitely felt like they forgot about our table. Once a waiter got to our table we ordered the grilled chicken wrap and the portobello wrap. We were very pleased when we asked if we could get one of the wraps without the tortilla(one of us is gluten intolerant) that the waiter said he would check with the chef. He never came back with an answer. Our food came and the portions and presentation were okay. I am very aware that this is a casual establishment, but it looked like everything was just tossed together quickly. The food was very okay. This was pretty much an over priced Denny’s with iffy service. I am not sure what they are going for here, but I think they will have a hard time competing with Catelli’s and Diavola down the street.
