Firehouse always has good sandwiches, but today my review is about the service. I tried to sneak a peak at her name tag, but she was working so hard I couldn’t catch her name! :) Cyndi I think. She was absolutely lovely, so gracious and nice to the guests, working hard to keep the restaurant clean, and saying thank you and have a good day to every customer. An employee with a work ethic and positive attitude like that is priceless. Give that woman a raise!!!

I visit this location each time I get the chance and I love the food. With a friendly staff, great food and location it’s hard to beat the experience. I enjoy the food enough that I have to get half of my sandwich to go while I eat the other half at their restaurant; otherwise I wouldn’t get anything done the rest of the day :)

I love this place. I don’t get to come by as often as I would like, but as far as getting a good sandwich, this is the place to come. Always fresh meats and vegetables, always friendly staff, always clean and always tasty.

This story I could not make up. After the best sandwich of my life, my wife and we’re headed to the airport to board a flight to Vegas and then on to Hawaii. When I arrived to the airport I realized I had left my keys at this Firehouse. Frantically of course I google their number and within in seconds I was on the phone with a man by the name as Cameron(I’m 99% sure). I explained the situation and Cameron was already looking by the soda fountains and then on to straws. He asked me where I sat and if I used the restroom. Then he goes«where did you park?» I told the man towards the back of parking lot near the blue fence. And Cameron goes«hold on please.» 12 secs later Cameron goes«I got them.» My father in law, bless his soul, grabbed them and rushed them to the airport. And honestly didn’t get them in time. But he can ship them don’t worry. So thank you CAMERON for going way beyond any service I’ve ever received, even from my own family. And thank you firehouse for your delicious sandwiches and if your corporate reading this, bring one to Honolulu, bc service like this will be successful anywhere. Aloha.

I was convinced by the food years ago but now it’s a family favorite! If you a mom on a budget or just a savvy spender check out the Germantown location out! 2 kids eat free with each paying adult on Fridays and Saturdays after 4pm. 2 for 1s are great but 3 for 1s are even better!

I officially like this place. The service is friendly and the food is delicious/fresh and of high quality. The restaurant is clean, it is well lit and a nice ambiance. Loved the BBQ Pork and the Hook and Ladder subs.

This is the Firehouse Subs that got me hooked on the place. Ever since my girlfriend took me here I have wanted more to open in Colorado. The Italian is great. The place is clean, staff is friendly and the ambiance is pleasant. Management really goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

I don’t quite get all the good reviews of this place. It’s pretty pricey for what you get and while the quality’s certainly a step above Subway, it reminds me of a Quizno’s without the whimsy and toastedness. They have a nice variety of sandwiches, but they’re all united by one common thread: a lack of size for the money you pay. Forking over $ 5.60+ for a sandwich should result in a sandwich that fills you up, but the serving portions are pretty small here. I didn’t really have quick service here, but I did like that they bring your order out to you. The best part about Firehouse is the Coke Freestyle machine, but those are starting to get ubiquitous in mid-tier eateries around here so they’re not that unique. Will I be back? Not likely, unless there’s some kind of promotion.

Great food. The service is great. We stayed for a few hours catching up and the staff cleaned our table up. My kiddo got a firemans hat… very cool! Clean place.

Firehouse Subs wins my vote for the absolute best sub in town! I love the meat here it is fresh deli meat versus the processed meat a bunch of sub shops use. Also, the bread is delicious here! Lots of options on the menu for a cheap price. Firehouse House subs need I say are on FIRE! They provide Freshest ingredients for a low price at a convenient location!

This location is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. They remember any special requests from previous visits, and I’ve never had my order be wrong. The food is good, too. The Philly cheesesteak is great! So great. I’ve also had the meatball sub before, even though I knew I was going to have a heart attack because of it, it was really good. Ridiculously filling. I’ve got the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket in my sights. And the Freestyle Coke machine! I can’t drink carbonated beverages so a lot of the drinks are out for me, but I still found one. Vanilla Orange Hi-C is really good. It’s a creamsicle in drink form. Kinda weird with food, but it’s a good dessert drink. As far as carbonated drinks go, the Raspberry Coke is good.(Though shhhh, a lot of these you can get at Sonic, too. But I didn’t tell you that.)

the subs here are very good. we ordered the philly cheese steak. so glad we got the biggest size because they definitely are a little on the small side. but the sandwich was flavorful and satisfying and we enjoyed the many bottles of hot sauces in the front that we get to slather our sandwiches w/.

What a pleasant surprise this place is. First time in this chain of sub shops apparently started by firemen. The place was busy but everything was running smoothly with the well organized order taking, sub making and service. The waitstaff is pleasant and attentive, even gave me a free chocolate chip cookie. The sub was very good and I can’t wait to try some of the other selections. The shop itself was very clean and the employees were constantly cleaning, and restocking. The food, service and total experience was much better than the Subway just around the corner.

This is my favorite chain sandwich shop. Bread is very good and ingredients are well-balanced and portions of sufficient size so that you get a good, tasty sandwich from first to last bite. Selection is good, and there is a great selection of hot sauces. Good value for the money. Restaurant is very clean and service is very good.

I had a quick dinner here with my husband before he attended a meeting closeby. The firehouse red inside oozes a positive vibe even looking from outside and the black&white adds to the clean feel. There are 10 specialty hot subs plus some not-so-special hot/cold subs. We chose to share the New York Steamer — as hearbroken Pats fans, the least we can do is to attack a New Yorker when we see one. The sandwich was promptly brought to our table, nicely split onto two baskets, each accompanied by a pickle(great customer service!). Compared to all those ginormous sandwiches with layers of deli meat that you may have seen on some food tv shows, it was a baby but hey, who needs a monstrous sandwich after a Super Bowl Sunday? It was one simple and tasty sandwich with corned beef, pastrami and melted provolone cheese. After devouring it, we felt content. Ok, maybe we could handle just a little more. Of course it’s a good place to stop for a quick bite but who says you can’t make a date out of it too?

At $ 5.69, a regular size Hook & Ladder represents a bargain. I don’t know how they achieve the balance of ingredients, but when served«fully involved», this is one terrific sandwich. Also, Firehouse now has the new, digital, Coke machines. If the sandwiches aren’t enough to get you in the door, you’ve got to try out these soda dispensers. Coke Zero alone has about eight choices: Cherry, Cherry Vanilla, Raspberry, Lemon… In all, the machines deliver 120 different flavor combinations. With drink, my lunch was under 8 bucks.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and had their turkey and ham sub. Subway, move over. There’s a new sub in town. My first choice for a sub sandwich from now on.
