Great results. He came on time, informed us what he was doing. Our carpets were not that dirty, but had some visible stains/​foot traffic areas.
There were no hidden fees… the price I was quoted on the phone (without seeing the house) was the one I was charged. We added Scotchguard, which upped the price. The technician was friendly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He also told me what to expect for drying time. The carpets look wonderful! Although there is still food traffic areas, he was able to remove 95% of the dirt/​stains. I highly recommend.

Amazing Results!
We called TurCarpet based on a recommendation from folks who came to repair some carpet in our house following a water leak. Since we wanted the damaged areas cleaned up, we figured we might as well do the whole house.
The carpet in a couple rooms had gotten pretty bad looking as the results of spilled coffee, pets etc. We were planning on a full replacement soon but figured this was worth doing as a short term fix. The results were amazing. Both of the rooms with the worst looking carpets came out looking great. Other rooms almost look brand new again.
The entire process was smooth from calling to set up the appointment to the work itself. The crew that performed the work was friendly and professional.
