Starbucks

I’m a Starbucks fan but my last several times in this location have been incredibly slow. They take your order quickly, but they make them very slowly. I’ve seen people leave without their drinks because it took so long. Last time I was there I waited over 20 minutes for 3 drinks. Left feedback on the Starbucks website but no response. If you’re getting anything more than brewed coffee go to a different location.

After ordering online a few minutes before pulling in, I was told I had to stand in line and wait, which was seven people long. When I get to the front, the cashier LEFT. A few minutes later, a barista came over to pick up where she left off. I told her I’d ordered online, was directed to another barista, who pointed to my cup, which hadn’t been started. When I expected the drink to be cold by the time it was found, I ended up getting it after people in line behind me.

I wish I could give 5 stars for this Starbucks and if it were not for the friendly faces I see daily it would have been a lower score. Every morning its the same thing, slow! Seeing the reaction on the faces of fellow drive thru folks says it all. I wouldn’t say stay away from this location just a bit of caution if you need to be anywhere on time. Keep the smiles and friendly attitude going and maybe some day you’ll get faster. I will include pictures in a day or so of the long lines.

This place is incredibly slow I was the only one at the register and I waited for 16 minutes and no one still help me the servers are considerably rude and very very slow with the drive thru this is three workers behind the counter with hardly any customers in the restaurant I counted 5 who already had their drinks. This is the third time I have been in there and just left with nothing. this location need some serious management. I have seen others leave as well before because of the poor customer service

Just like any other Starbucks, good coffee. Sometimes too bitter/​strong in my latte, though. Overpriced, but convenient. Desserts hit or miss.

This is probably my main Starbucks. I have the rewards app and I’m a GOLD STAR card holder.
What does that mean? That I’ll do and pay just about anything for coffee! Also I like the noise it makes in the app when I get a new star…
I’ve had a few people pay it forward here and pay for my drink in the drive thru. This really makes my day!
They’ve never gotten my drink wrong. Never done anything to make me give them less then 5 stars.
The baristas are always nice. And the line moves pretty quickly.

First of all, this Starbucks is way below average…
Like most people who pay five dollars for a cup of coffee, i expect a damn good cup of coffee… Well, everytime I go into this Starbucks they always screw up my drink order… and I’m not ordering some outlandish venti-​soy half pump, non-​fat whatever… A simple Iced coffee with milk, or a frappachino…
So today I go in… It’s extremely muggy and hot today… once inside I realize it is just as hot inside than outside… upon ordering the cashier suggests that I order a different drink because there are several frappachinos ahead of me… random…I also notice every worker is sweating profusely… after fifteen minutes I get my drink. I don’t mind waiting, hell they were busy, I understand… but the drink was awful. They gave me an unleaded drink! Whatever… I took it and left only to realize the drink ha already turned to a liquid state when it is supposed to almost be like a shake… well it tasted awful, it melted before I even had a chance to taste it, and it was de-​caf but not by choice…
TO TOP IT OFF… When I was ordering I pointed out to one of the guys behind the counter they had gnats an flies all over the pastries and food… He replied «Looks like I’ll be pulling those» well, he didn’t so check out the pictures I posted of their food with insects on them.
I refuse to pay that kind of money for a sub-​par drink… If you won’t a better Starbucks, try the one off of Williamson.
