I went to see Dr. Collins because I was assured by the President of Pentucket Medical that she was an «amazing doctor». I wish I would have read the reviews on health grades prior!!! a 2.6 out of 10!!! and those scores are 100% on the MARK. Dr. Collins is far from a good doctor in my book. I went to see her for 3 items. One was due to a «girl issue» that needed a second opinion and needed an ultrasound. She sent me to the ultra sound tech at the Haverhill location. NEVERAGAIN. The Tech was RUDE and Un-PROFESSIONAL. I felt unsafe and did NOT trust the results, resulting in having to get a 3rd opinion. Thank GOD I did!!! BTW… I called the President of the company on the technician… NEVER received a call back from him!!! Faced with a situation in which I could not get to the doctor, I made a call to my «doctor» and was forced to speak to her rude and unprofessional and uncompassionate nurse. Never in my life have I ever been made to feel like a more worthless individual than I was by Christina. Not standing her willingness to put my children and myself in harms way she was by far the most callous and condesending indivudal I have ever met. Dr. Collins is what I would call a «pass it off» doctor. She does not like to be challenged by ANYONE. If you don’t like what she has to offer and don’t take EXACTLY what she perscribes withOUT question, you will get NOHELP for her. IF you request a test and she feels that INSURANCE will not pay for it, she will NOT do it, regardless if it will provide not only an answer or peace of mind. She will not do it! That is not an opinion but a FACT as she said it POINT blank. If you are in an acute stage, requiring treatment immediate until you can get to an appointment with a specialist(she is all about passing you off to her croonies in Pentucket — who by the way be careful of — Bryan Stone especially) she will actually NOT treat you and let you SUFFER, telling you«to wait it out». She is truly a callous and uncompassionate doctor and one who did not learn any bedside manner what so ever in college. Dr. Collins represents Pentucket medical EXTREMELY well as every doctor there has the same attitude. Do only what is necessary to get by. Do nothing more and ONLYONLY what insurance will approve. Find a different place to go to, you will be better off
