I’m not easy on retailers because I strongly believe that the shopping experience is often as important and the product you are shopping for. Our experience at the Mattress Firm store Wolf Ranch in Georgetown easily earns a full 5-​stars!
We probably spent an hour with David looking for the right mattress for a second bedroom. He was easy to work with, applied no pressure whatsoeverm and was knowledgeable to the point of being encyclopedic about sleep product construction, health and comfort. And yes, we did buy a mattress.
