The staff, including management at this title location were extremely unprofessional and outright insulting to me and to my realtor’s staff. They decided on their own that I was going to be responsible for paying taxes on the property I sold and openly discussed this with the other party then sent paperwork to the IRS without my knowledge. I was not responsible for taxes, but thanks to them I had to pay a tax preparer to fix their mistake. They also decided on their own to place my social security number on a document that I signed and had notarized as being without it. Avoid these people.
