I’m very late writing this. LEFT A 91YEAROLDMANSTRANDEDATTHEAIRPORT. My 91 year old father wanted to visit his family in New York. We made all the arrangements for him. Limo, curbside pick up, first class ticket, meeting him at the gate. We had reserved them back in July to take him to the Austin Airport from Sun City(Georgetown) and then, upon his return at 11pm, to be there to pick him up. On his return, they were a NOSHOW. Left him sitting in a wheelchair, at the airport, late at night, confused with no ride home. He called them from the airport and was told sorry, they didn’t have a car available. This was deplorable and no one should ever, ever use them. They advertise that they are dependable. They are anything but dependable. The way they treated my father was beyond unprofessional it was cruel. Any other service calls around and finds someone who can take the job if they can’t, this service did nothing but leave a voice mail. A VOICEMAIL. The day of the trip when he was in the air.

So being available 3 days before an event, and charging a set rate for pick up and drop off both ways, and having good customer service are the only good things about Georgetown Limo. When the mid 90’s/late 90’s limo showed up we were all concerned. The roof on this stretch limo(I’m guessing in 1995 this would have been considered a stretch limo) was completely rioting and weathered, then the back windows were broken, one was slightly cracked open and stuck that way. The head liner was hanging and needs to pinned up. If they could repairs these issues I would use them again, but if not I’d rather pay an extra $ 100 for a nicer limo.
