Luke Foulds was my sales assistant. I was very angry when I first arrived to Verizon on the day of 11/​10/​2014. I was actually walking in to complain and tell them I am switching phone carriers. Well Luke was very patient with me and calmed me down quite a bit. I left the store actually renewing my service and with a brand new Iphone 6. I’m very happy now.
