Eagle Brook Country Club

I was here for a bridal shower recently. The space is very pretty, especially the outside area. The food was mediocre at best. The servers were a big scrambled and unbalanced. They dropped a lot of plates and just didn’t seemed trained well. However, the shower was still beautiful and everyone had a great time.

I went to a business/​service dinner meeting here last week. Service was nice, but frankly I have never had such terrible food. The sad part was this group was honoring those with disabilities, physical and mental and this was their awards dinner? No effort was put into this meal and I am sure the charges were not cheap.
I can’t describe how awful the food was and in fact I did not finish the over –cooked, mushy pasta. with horrible sauce on top. A woman next to me said «this is the worst food I have ever eaten». I have been to many functions at this club because I live locally and organizations use them constantly. Shame on the chef and next time taste what you are sending out to those in the dining room. Hope a credit was given to the association.

I visit the Eagle Brook Country Club bimonthly for business meetings. I am always amazed at how great the service is and the food is phenomenal. If your organization is looking for an affordable venue, the Eagle Brook Country Club should be at the top of a short list. They are a well kept secret in the Tri City area.

Attended a wedding for a friend here and had a very pleasant experience! From the décor to the food and all the amenities offered at this country club, the bride’s effort was truly evident with the help of the staff who were both friendly and accommodating. I can easily see this being a great spot for other events big and small such as showers or anniversary parties and even corporate events. The staff and management seem to have everything pretty organized and consistent. I’d definitely recommend this place for special occasions.

We went with the Premium Package for my daughter’s wedding and received the worst service the day of the wedding. The food tasted great but was not what we selected at our tasting. We had to search out the staff to get anything done. Appetizers were not being passed. The tables were not being cleaned off and were cluttered with food and drinks. The bar service was awful, the same drink tasted different every time, the 7-​Up was flat and the one bartender was rude. We had to search out staff to request the garbage that was overflowing in the washrooms be cleaned up. I spent most of the evening going into the kitchen looking for the staff when I should have been enjoying a celebration that took a year to plan.
