I stopped in about a week ago to pick out some birthday and Valentine’s day cards. I was greeted within a few moments of walking in (in a casual nice way, not a bombarding «I’m doing my job» way). She assisted me in finding what I was looking for and casually offered sale items in the back of the store. I felt welcomed and assisted and would return to this store.
She also advised that I open up a Hallmark rewards card. Basically it’s similar to every other rewards card out there where you can get coupons and points that lead to coupons. If you purchase 3 cards at once, you get an automatic coupon for the next time. What a great deal!
