Great service. We have been shopping for some time for a new bed. We decided on a California king. We received great service at the store as well as delivery and pick up of the old mattress.

I had a bad experience with a certain man at the Geneseo store. The woman was very nice, but he kept disregarding her. I felt like he was pressuring me. The woman made me feel comfortable, but the man at the store was unprofessional and cocky. Not impressed. I feel that the female understood me better, but he wouldn’t let me talk to her. I think he was trying to take the commission. I went to another store. I found out that the woman at the Geneseo store actually taught me about beds. The guy (Daniel I think was his name) was no help at all. He pushed me to buy a bed that was too expensive. I’m on the fence about buying from Metro.
