Wouldn’t even rate a one star but I have to… I sent my mom here to add a line to my phone. She ended up waiting almost 2 hours. The girl who helped her was nice but it took way longer than it should have. The manager Austin Carter was not so nice, just overall rude. The girl checked to make sure the phone service worked and it did. Mom got about one block away and couldn’t make a phone call. She couldn’t hear anything! How do you send a paying customer out of your store with a new but broken iPhone5s??? They had no compensation, nothing, not even an apology. FYI — this is not a corporate store and they don’t help like they should in situations like this.
