I’ve never had an experience with a company who has worse customer service. After 2 calls, I did manage to make an appointment to use my Groupon, but they didn’t show up. On calling back, I rescheduled for another day and time. They didn’t show up then either. I’ve left at least 3 voice mails since then but still have not received a call back. At least Groupon refunded my money, but this company is COMPLETELY unreliable.

Technician arrived on time. I asked him to wear shoe protectors since I had the carpet cleaned the day before and some areas were still damp. He comes back with shoe protectors on, knelt down to remove the vent and the bottoms of the proctors were worn away. REALLY! I expected a more advanced method of cleaning the ducts. He used a shopvac with a snowbrush shoved in the end of the 20′ hose. I had purchased a groupon for vent cleaning (knowing that I would also have the ducts cleaned at an additional charge) before he left he advised me to soak the vents in a degreaser to clean them. WHAT! Wasn’t the groupon for vent cleaning. Massey and Woods is from the BACK WOODS! Pointers to those looking for any work done… ask what it means, what does CLEANING VENTS MEAN TO YOU!
