My Lowes is # 256, on Cox Rd., Gastonia, NC.
Ordered the ‘Premium’ Thanksgiving meal. It was supposed to come with turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and two sides.
Ordered greenbean casserole and cornbread stuffing as my sides.
The turkey, a Butterball was dry. The stuffing and casserole were both waaaay too salty. The gravy was lumpy. I added shrimp cocktail to my order, which was frozen.
The meal was horrible. They forgot the mashed potatoes completely.
The customer service was good.
Never again!!! For $ 70, I’d be better off going to a restaurant

I spent over $ 200 in groceries last week, and within three days the produce was bad as well as the pilsbury biscuits I bought!!! I will NEVER go there again!!!
