Midwest Bottles

I received defective bottles from this supplier. I contacted them about the defective product and they were extremely rudee denying me any sort of resolution. They didn’t even want to see a picture of their defective product. They were extremely rude and even hung up on me while I remained kind throughout the entire phone call. I have done plenty of business with this company and was surprised that not one but two people would be so rude to a loyal customer. I will not do business with this company again and I will be sharing my story with other manufacturers in my industry who use this supplier. Their reps are extremely un-​classy bantering back and forth essentially talking trash about me while on the phone. Incredible that a company like that would have so little care in customer service. I would have gladly sent the bottles back or accepted a replace which would have been an easy and amicable fix but they couldn’t even offer that. So I filed a dispute with my bank and am sending the goods back. Do no buy product from this company, they will send you a sample before hand that is perfect and then proceed to send the defective products in the larger order. Not cool! They lost a great customer.
