Got a quote for work, told work would be completed after accepting the quote. They don’t return phone calls. Would rate them zero stars if I could. Given date of when work would be completed then two weeks later told to find someone else to do the work!!! Worst customer service ever Don’t use this company!

I had a coupon for 59.00 for a safety check. Called them yesterday and they scheduled the appt for 1 – 4 pm today. The lady on the phone said t would be closer to 1 so I headed home at 12:30. Been patiently sitting here waiting. 3:30 I get a phone call saying the tech is tied up and cant come out that it would be a different day. The guy whom i spoke with Ron, said it like it was just another thing like it made no difference or not. Didnt take for granite this was a huge inconvinience. If someone has to be here to allow them in and they make 4 hour window appointments how could you call at 3:30 to let me know. Wasted a day waiting around and now forced to tell my story on Unilocal.Thank God for reviews. I made the mistake on telling them i just had a new system put in my downstairs by a much larger company and my upstairs one was only 2 years old. I have a feeling if they thought they could sell me a new system they would be here with bells on.

I had them come out to check on a poor performing HVAC. I was told about the diagnostic fee and agreed for them to check it out. Tech came back in 30 minutes later, said it was low by 3lbs of refrigerant and already put it in, before I authorized any work. He then said it would cost around $ 250 dollars for 3lbs of R410a. When I called the next day asking about cost of refrigerant on a different phone, they said it was around $ 21 dollars a pound. Stay away at all costs.
