Ordered a gluten free pizza and immediately got a call back. Turns out they dont have gluten free pizzas at this location, despite being able to place the order online. The manager was not apologetic and was quite rude. This is the last straw for me and this Pizza Hut. I will take my business elsewhere.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt… I’ll have one decent experience and then an awful experience. Today’s was the latter. My «stuffed crust pizza» was mostly not. The cheese had oozed out onto the pizza and the crust was dry and empty. The pizza itself was limp and just not good. When my husband called to complain he spoke to the manager and she began arguing and yelling. Thanks, but no thanks. Deleting their number. Never again.

Used the on line option to order and choose a pick up time. Order was processed at 5:05pm with a pick up time of 6:45pm. When I arrived at the Pizza Hut at 6:44 the person behind the counter asked my name, pulled up my order details and rang the order up at the register. The person then walked behind the counter and began to look for my order. After a few minutes she came out and told me that they were busy and had not started my order yet. She said it would be at least 15 minutes before it was ready. Really!!! You can’t make 2 pizzas in 100 minutes??? Why offer the order ahead and select pick up time option if you have no intention of prioritizing the flow of orders and working an order in to meet the pick up time. I asked for and was given a refund, manager never even looked up or acknowledged that there was an issue. Maybe you should get out of the pizza business since you can’t manage to make 2 pizzas in 100 minutes! I called Dominos Pizza from the Pizza Hut parking lot, gave them my order and when I got there 11 minutes later, it was ready. Maybe Pizza Hut should hire some of the Dominos staff to teach them how to do their jobs.

Beware! Avoid! My wife and I were called liars, had our pizza and money stolen. Ordered pizza online and waited a hour and a half. Called the store and was told the order was delivered. Neither my wife or I answered the door or seen a driver. Driver claimed I did and signed, I did not and told the manager this. I could hear the driver in the background calling me a liar and claiming she delivered the order and spoke to me. The managers refused to issue a refund unless I returned the pizza which was never delivered. I am not sure where the driver took the order, but it was NOT our address. So someone got free(stolen) food, Pizza hut stole my $ 30 and I was called a liar by two managers and a driver. Beware! Avoid!

Order delivery from here a few times a month. Honestly can’t complain too much about the service/food. It’s usually delivered within 40 mins and hot. Delivery drivers are always friendly.

They just ripped off $ 3.16. Who can’t do refunds? What pizza place takes over an hour for delivery and what store can’t refund money? This place. I’ll just lose the 3 dollars bc there’s NOWAY I would ever order from here again. So sad bc I LOVE pizza hut. POORPOORHORRIBLEMANAGMENT. Should have read the reviews before buying :(:(

For many years I have gotten take out pizza from this restaurant, and they have always done a good job. But tonight when I called in the order I was placed on hold for five minutes until I hung up. When I called back I was immediately placed on hold with no option to talk to anyone to find out when I could place an order. After three minutes I hung up.

This is not an old location. However when you walk in it feels like a layer of pizza oil is all over the place. They have a television but it plays random tv shows. Overall, not a very clean looking place. The food quality is, well, lacking. The pizza we ordered seemed skimpy on the toppings and cheese. It felt more like a store bought frozen pizza rather than a Pizza Hut pizza. Lots of employees but no direction. Hot wings are not really«hot wings». More like lots of batter covered with sauce. Very little chicken flavor or texture. The service seems friendly but very disorganized. Wait times can be lengthy even if an order is placed ahead of time. We waited for 20 minutes beyond our order time with only 2 customers in the store. Not a pleasant experience.

Its 5 oclock on Friday evening… They have 3 pizzas surrounding the main ingrediant of chicken. They just called me to let me know they are out of chicken. Are you fricken kidding me? That is just pathetic. Now i remember why I don’t order from this location. Really… out of chicken at 5pm on a Friday… Bet the district manager will be extatic to see these sales numbers!

The worst service. Never are in stock of PIZZA!!! Can’t believe that at 8:00 on a Friday night that you will run out of an advertised special and not give something in replacement. This is not the first time that this has happen also. Very poorly run and managed and would make a lot more money if they knew what they were doing. Staff is not friendly at alllll. I also called before coming and was left on hold for ten minutes just to find out that they didn’t have what I wanted. Then started driving over while in hold again to complain and the girl who was answering the calls was filling straws and told by another girl that she had three people on hold which one was me and she said well they are gonna have to wait. They just don’t care because its not their franchise. Need to fire everyone on this staff and whoever owns this spot should get on the ball and start running this location. You are losing money.
