UPDATE: After a stellar windshield replaced, marred only by some scheduling issues, I was astounded by what the owner did next.
The owner saw in my Unilocal review that I had a less-than-perfect experience. He then personally contacted me, asked what he could to fix it, and made it happen. I came away thoroughly impressed by how he makes sure that every customer walks away happy.
I now have zero qualms about doing business here again, and if I ever have a glass automotive repair, this shop will be my first call.
