I really like the car and audio reps that work in the back of the store. I had an automatic starter installed and had a really great experience. The technician that installed it noticed I chose an inferior product, recommended an upgrade to a stellar product and I only paid the difference for a part the first item was missing. Great service. Over and beyond call of duty.

I’ve reviewed a few Best Buys.
It’s getting harder to review chain stores. Especially Best Buy. The standards of a Best Buy are pretty well met at each store I’ve been to. The knowledge of staff, the availability of the items I came in for, and price-​matching if needed. Except for the rare attitudes from overworked staff and the ever-​present always-​pressing DirectTV salesperson I’ve had good experience at this location.

Best​buy​.Com did well except for when I made the payment with Paypal, they used my old name and not my new name to pick up. I was awared of that so I brought the court order stating both my new name and old name to store because my ID has my new name as well as a debit card with my picture and my old name in it but the store manager gave me a hard time and didn’t let me pick up. They suggested me to cancel my order and make a purchase in store where they don’t take paypal. I put up with traffic to make an hour drive to the store to be turned away. Well, it’s your lost to deny a $ 2,500 purchase. I have a paid gig to use that lens the next day and I had to call off because of this incident. I will never bring any business to Bestbuy again and I’ll make sure all my friends and relatives to do the same.

Had a great experience in the store yesterday the employees are always polite and helpful. the store was very busy as to be expected and the employees were working hard at the pickup area answering phones and helping people. Some folks need to realize its a week before Xmas and any place you go to is going to be busy this time if year. I always recommend this store vs other best buys to friends

I know it is Christmas shopping season but over 30 minutes to pick up an order I placed online as a store pickup is ridiculous especially since they had one person in customer service and one and. A half to help with store pickup after that I bought a camera and it took another hour to get help to get the camera and to pay best buy seems to have more than enough blue shirts but they are very disorganized

Went in to buy a tablet, waited 15 min for help. None came. When I finally asked the girl at the podium if anyone worked here, she said he’s coming. 5 min later I went to Cary B.B. and punched it there with great help! Never have been impressed with the White Oak B.B., but it’s close by. I’m done.

Great customer service! I called neighborhood music for a guitar string, and 2 counter people could not tell me if they had it or not! They kept giving me sizes for violin strings, but proceeded to brag about 16 guitar teachers, trying to hook me on lessons. I called Best Buy, in about 1 minute they found exactly what I was looking for! The funny part is the girl who helped me did not know anything about guitar, but knew a million times more than people who work at a music store!

I’ve been here twice, and each time was rather a strange shopping experience. We were looking for a turntable for our television. Both times we were here, except for the cashier up front, it seemed like we were the only people in the store. We wandered all through the tv section and never once encountered a salesman. I don’t like being pressured, so for me, this was a plus, but I don’t know what you would have to do if you wanted to ask some questions. After a lot of searching, this was the only place locally that had the kind of turntable we wanted, so they get marks for selection.
