Alexander Exterminating

So last year me and the fiancé finally got the house into «move in» condition. About a month after we moved in we started seeing some ants around the sink, so I called Terminex and signed a contract for them to come out and spray for pests and inspect for termites.
About two weeks later I’m looking at a full blown ant invasion. I called Terminex and tell them that we have a problem. Long story short this problem occurs right up till this week getting progressively worse. Terminex would literally be at my house every two weeks trying to fix the issue. I’d get all kinds of stories about why the problem persisted… it’s an old house, the weather, we just need to put out a few more traps. Lame excuses after lame excuse.
So a realtor friend suggests I call Alexander. They come out and asses the situation. Turns out Terminex wasn’t using the correct protocol for getting rid of this particular species of ant that had made a nest under the house. Jeff, the Alexander rep, explains the whole situation to me and how they are going to treat it. He and his assistant spend several hours thoroughly treating the house.
The next day… no ants. Not one. And the contract with Alexander was significantly cheaper (hundered of dollars less) than the ineffective Terminex.
