HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It’s been a while since I left a review, but this morning was over the top for me. It’s a generic donut shop, sure… I get it. The food was good, not great, no big deal.
The thing is, I order a medium coffee. My mistake… I begin to pour into my self serve cup, a cappuccino. The lady (I presume she’s the owner) then then tells me «NO, you pay for coffee, that cappuccino», then points out the separate coffee menu and that this costs more. When she said NO, I stopped with about an inch of the drink on the cup. So I apologized, honestly thought it’s all the same, hot drink.
My boys and I stay there to eat. After I down the 1″ capp that I should not have gotten, I get my coffeeI get a Gatorade to go for my son’s basketball game. She rings it up as $ 4.16 and say it’s for the capp and the Gatorade. I stated the obvious… I stopped pouring it in when she yelled NO to me, it was only an inch out of a 5″ cup and she’s wanting me to pay an additional $ 3 for THAT?!? She then went from the semi-​sweet, generic smiling, order a little faster, Asian lady, to a mean, ugly, snappy, unprofessional Asian donut owner lady. It was down hill from there. She asked how much I think I should pay. I obviously said for just the Gatorade. She overcharged for that, I told her to keep the change, she threw the change into the change dish on the countertop. We had a few back and forths, while trying to speak logic into this situation. I gave up at this point and put down a ten on the counter and say here, let this cover anyone else that makes this mistake and you not charge them this ridiculous charge. She threw it back at me. I left naturally very pissed off about what just happened, let her know that she’s losing customers because of this.

The donuts here are delicious! The couple that run the place have been in the business for 14 years. They are some of the nicest people you’ll meet.

WHAT? NO REVIEWS ON THIS AWESOME PLACE??? This has, without a doubt, got to be the best Donut Shop in Garland! They are always busy… the donuts are warm and creamy, melt in your mouth delicious! A dozen donut holes usually are a «Baker’s Dozen» and SOOOO good. I always get a large sausage roll and a dozen donut holes before work… the donut holes never make it in to my office! Mmmmmm, warm and sweet! The man and lady that run this little gem are always super friendly and glad to see everyone. The large sausage rolls come in plain or with cheese or with jalapeño and cheese and they are HUGE! $ 1.85-$ 1.95.
I love, love, love this place…
