Resource One Credit Union

I would have to agree with the previous review of this Branch. The tellers are very rude! Overall as a credit union I would want no other financial institution handling my money, however the customer service at this particular branch will put a very bad taste in your mouth and leaving you feeling devalued as a member. My suggestion is to have these tellers move around to different branches particularly the branch off of Routh or in Irving off of Story Rd. so they can see how to provide your members with proper customer service.

I’ve been a Resource One Credit Union member for over 5 years now and must say this branch located in Garland, TX is one of the worst branches to conduct business with. I use to visit the Mesquite, TX branch and their CS is superb.
However the tellers and staff at the Garland branch are rude, talks to customers in condescending tones, unprofessional, and don’t look happy with their jobs. Additionally, they are also slow, often you will walk into long lines in the lobby or drive through backed up for simple services. Plan to spend at least 45 minutes or longer for deposits or withdraws from the tellers. On numerous occasions I’ve visited this branch to long lines and you could hear the tellers talking about their personal lives amongst themselves, while customers are waiting. Most of the time they won’t greet you and if you try to ask for anything extra they give you this rude look and will dismiss you quickly. I’m seriously thinking about moving my accounts to a more desirable credit union. If you can save yourself the heartache and don’t open an account at this branch visit the others like Mesquite or Irving branches their CS is much better. I’m in Garland, so it is out of my way to visit those other branches all the time.
