Very disappointed with this location. The only reason I am giving two stars is because my meal was ok, my husbands on the other hand was awful. I’m going to keep this short, we ordered to go were told everything was in the bag even after asking specifics before we left got home and were missing items. When I called to discuss our issues with the manager he was rude and dismissive. Never coming to this location again which is a shame because it’s very close to home.

Worst Kung pao chicken. Over cooked chicken was very dry. No sauce because it was over cooked. Meat was too salty. Busy place, good service, fast, but bad food experience.

We LOVE this place! The food is great, the staff is VERY friendly, and the open kitchen bar seating is a real fun experience. My favorite won ton soup is made here with a fresh fusion of herbs you don’t get anywhere else. I highly recommend eating here…

This location is always busy. Overall management is on top of things. Clean dining area and clean kitchen.

Place definitely needs to be kept clean more. Also tends to have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine broken or not stocked with all the options. Also tends to have condiments such as the red chili sauce not stocked fully as well as having the containers for said condiments being dirty or sticky on the outside.

The food is as usual very good. The lack of attention to detail is disconcerting. The table had just been cleaned and when we sat down we could tell it wasn’t cleaned well. Another observation is that the appetizers came out separately. It would be nice to get the food at the same time. The music is loud to cover the noise in the kitchen so you have to almost yell across the table to have a conversation. When the restaurant is full I will get mine to go in the future.

It’s OK at best. The biggest thing is that the service is horrible. No silverware or napkins out. You have to ask for spicy mustard, crispys for hot n sour soup, etc when they used to be freely available for self serve. Also if you order a big bowl of soup wouldn’t you expect it’s for more than one person and bring bowls and spoons? Do expect one person to eat a huge bowl of soup? Tried the sushi and it was old rice and a dime size interior of spicy tuna… no thanks. I get the feeling they aren’t doing too well financially and cutting costs.

I was pleasantly surprised at the lettuce wraps. Ok I expected the worst, but I ordered the Kung Pao with lettuce cups in an attempt to be healthy, and the chicken was good! The lettuce pieces were large and enough to wrap all my fillings. My biggest mistake was ordering the spicy tuna roll, however. Four sad pieces of narrow spicy tuna sat on a plate with a glob of sriracha mayo. $ 5? Wah wah. Pass on the sushi.

I went there with my friend for lunch .my friend’s plate arrived but mine didn’t. Waited and waited. My friends plate got cold waiting for mine to arrive so we can eat together. Every one after us got their food. Finally I asked the server and obviously they forgot my plate. The finally made it. The service should improve

I love their thia dynamite. It is very delicious. Go steak. Hot and sour soup is delicious too. They used to seve oranges with at the condiments table, but they took it away. Bring it back please. I have tried their pat thia as well, and i recommend it.

Yummy food– but loud and crowded. Not a good place to go to do meditative yoga. However, I love their egg rolls, dumplings, won tons, and fried rice. Great soda machine.

Katie Dragoo the GM here is the worst example of a service oriented business leader ever. She took my phone in order and when we arrived she lost it. No apologies, no gesture of any kind just a suggestion to seek dining elsewhere. Great idea Katie, happy to do so. And I’ll put your card here so we can email you since you can’t handle the phone order process.

Pei Wei at Firewheel is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I love going to Pei Wei and we keep getting the same food there too. I have cravings for Pei Wei a lot! And this is the closest Pei Wei to my house so I always love going here. And I also love Firewheel Mall in general, so I would never mind eating anywhere near it. You could even enjoy a movie at AMC before or after you eat at Pei Wei! The service is great, we’ve never had any problems with the service here… this place it packed a lot, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit for your silverware which kind of sucks because they’re really quick with your food so you would have a bowl of food sitting right in front of you, but you end up waiting for silverware. It is definitely worth the wait though, so don’t let this comment change your mind about going here! I get the Original Dan Dan noodles with chicken and omg I can’t even start explaining how fantastic it is! You just have to go and try out the food yourself, because everything tastes good to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it out and I would DEFINITELY come back to this place. YOGURTLANDISNEXTDOORSOIFYOUWANTTOGETSOMEFROYOAFTERWARDSYOUCANGOTHERE!

Despite Pei Wei being on the allergist list as allergy friendly, it apparently depends on the manager you speak with. Katie at this location told us the only options for our gluten and egg free guest could eat customer were white rice and vegetables. It was like we came in and asked for a hamburger. When I asked about the Asian salad she said that That chicken didn’t have any egg on it. Literally the sentence before she said Every thing had egg and reiterated only white rice and veggies would work. Very disappointing! In 15 years, I have never had a bad experience at PF Changs or Pei Wei. All good things…

Pei Wei is good & always fresh. I recommend the lettuce wraps & pei Wei spicy. But you could order anything & never go wrong.

My first experience with pei wei left a lot to be desired. I was there a couple of days ago. Pros: Helpful and friendly personnel. Cons: First, their vegetable spring roll looks more like a fried egg roll. Not what I expected at all. Second, as I was getting the mandarin green tea, the lemons in the bucket were moldy and the orange slices dry as if they were weeks old. Third, the Pei Wei Spicy had no spice. I did not feel like finishing my meal, but took leftovers home because I paid for the meal. Fourth, the Crab Wontons weren’t very tasty. I prefer PF Changs over Pei Wei for sure.

Eat at the Firewheel location often and would give it four stars as often as we come, however 1⁄3 of the trips the food is not up to par. Whether it comes from cooks rushing(not enough corn starch to set up the sauce) or just turn over or food storage this place needs some help to hold the long term quality. Keep in mind I am in here once a month. Wish they had a location in Rockwall.

The food at just about every Pei Wei is very consistent and pretty tasty. The service can be hit and miss but its not like you need the wait staff for much. This location gets crowded and crazy at the obvious times of the day, and they appear to get a bit disorganized during these times. The soda machine is occasionally missing the only flavors that don’t have caffeine. I also balk when I see the calorie count per entrée, yikes!
