Poor customer service and faulty equipment The Company replaced a polaris motor for my pool in mid/late January through my home insurance company. 2 months later there is a steady drip in the motor. When I called Tom the Owner, he wants to charge me more for them to fix the faulty equipment they provided me. When I spoke with him he told me that I only paid $ 60 for a new motor(which was my deductible) and tried to make it seem like that he doesn’t get paid anything more for it so what should I expect. He was unwilling to come and look and repair the faulty equipment he provided us. There is no way a 2 month old motor should have an issue like that and he refused to take any responsability for the faulty equipment. He was tring to get me to go back through the insurance which I’m sure so he could get paid by them again too. Very disappointing. I will never use them for anything again and definitely not recommend their service.

I have had a terrible experience with Palm Springs Pool. They were contracted by my home warranty to come look at our pool heater that was not working. I got a call from Tom on May 9th(4 days after they were originally asked to make the appointment). He asked some questions and said he could come out the first part of the next week. He was going to call to let me know when as soon as they knew their schedule. I never heard from them. The following Thursday(5⁄16), Benny left a message that he was going to come out that day, but that he must have missed me. I tried calling him back a number of times within minutes of the message and could get no one to answer. Despite leaving messages, no one ever called me back from Palm Springs Pool. I called the warranty company to let them know that I had not been able to set up an appointment. A week later(5⁄24), I get a call from Tom wanting to know if I want to cancel the request. I told him no and explained that I was having trouble getting anyone to respond or to come out and would like to set up an appointment. He said it would have to be the next week, but could not give me a day or a time. He said his company did not give appointment times. I asked to speak to the owner and Tom indicated that he was the owner and that it was company policy to not set appointment times. I intend to find another company to look at the problem.
