Kroger

Good spot with fresh produce pretty much every time I come in. Plus they have an area where they make fresh sushi that is actually good. I know, mind blowing.

If you are looking for a place for all of your grocery needs, look no further. Excellent stock, great prices. However that is not all that is required to truly provide an excellent customer service experience. I have lived in the neighborhood 2 weeks, and this is literally around the corner from my home. Try spending $ 250 on groceries and over 2 hours in the store. You pay and you’re ready to leave. You can imagine what 2 baskets full of groceries looks like. (I only have one, but in bags, the amount expands.) Imagine carrying that out ALONE. Not one employee offered assistance. Not from the girl who bagged my groceries, the cashier, or the guys corralling carts outside. Yes, you will find everything you need at this Kroger. And because of its proximity, I will continue going, and hope this was an exception to the norm, because I was truly disappointed about this experience.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t go through the self checkout, save yourself the aggravation and headache and go to an actual person. The attendant at the self checkout was very rude, was saying snide remarks under her breath. Her name was Ceci, please ignore this person!

A Kroger is usually just a Kroger, but the workers here are SUPER helpful and friendly.
I can’t believe how much help and assistance they offer here. Thumbs up to the staff here at this location.
I also like that this specific Kroger carries a lot of different produce that ones in KY do not.

Good variety of goods and good produce. Great prices as well. Best grocery I’ve found since moving to the Dallas area.

came to write abt their sushi… it’s good!!! nothing fancy or complicated… the basics are there and great to grab and go…

Highly recommend this grocery store over Walmart and Tom Thumb. They have redesigned the store and the arrangement of the grocery aisles has become more appealing. Their pricing is very competitive as well. Plus the people that shop here are much nicer than other stores.

Been coming to this Kroger for quite some time now. Their sushi is the best of most of the store bought brands. I don’t like the kind that uses the rice that is brown and is like a rice paste, instead of the correct sticky rice texture.
So I went in today and found that they have sushi chefs on duty there and they’re making specialty rolls now. Caterpillar, shaggy dog, dragon, etc. It was extremely surprising. I was actually walking in while one of the sushi chefs was walking in and I thought to myself, «that’s strange, a chef is going to the grocery store,» and as I walked in and directed myself toward the sushi, the chef went the same way and inside was another person dressed the same cutting sushi!
Everything else is just as you would expect it. It’s a grocery store.
