Terrible. You are charged per service. The basic package does not include callous removal??? They do massages but only with mani pedi? I’ve never been anywhere in my life or on the area where that’s the case lol. anywhoo wouldn’t go back.

Oh and if you write a very well deserved negative review, someone will try to counteract your review in quite possibly the worst attempt at Engrish I have ever seen.
Real cool guys. In America it is frowned upon to attempt to coerce customers into saying you’re good at your job when you’re not.

This is one of my favorite nail salons. Its not the fanciest or most high end but if you are just looking for good quality mani/​pedi at a reasonable price this is your place. They always offer me something to drink, their pedicure presentation is a step above the rest and the nail techs are attentive. I alway get gel polish and my nail last at minimum 2 weeks. Overall great experience at a fantastic value.

I have going to Jupiter Nails since it opened. It has changed owners twice now. The first change was almost unnoticeable. This last change has turned it into an EEK me thinks not. All of the previous cosmeticians have left and with them leaving, there are very few people to help customers. The new owner is not very welcoming. The pedicure today took 1 ½ hours which most of was really repairing the work done by the man. I was considering looking for a new salon previously. Now I know I will not be going here again. I miss the original staff, the friendly and stress free environment.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst place I have ever been in my life. I got acrylics done and it lifted the very next day. I came in and the manager said she would fix it. She even told me the nail tech who did it the first time, didnt do it right. She personally fixed it, but was angry about having to fix a botched job free of charge. Instead of starting over she filed done the edges and tried to fill it. Then when she was done, it was horrible… you could see it was still lifting, and through the nails see where she had filed and filled… she started talking in vietnamese, calling me and my sister names, saying what picky ass people. not knowing we could understand. Sooooo unprofessional. we ask for the store license and phone number, as ee say we are calling austin to get a complaint put, and they rip the license off the wall and push my sister out of the way. Needless to say, this place is rude, unprofessional, and im sure some of their techs arent licensed, bc she refused to show their licenses. Ive heard of so many stories of nail salons where clients are talked bad about bc they ASSUME you cant understand, and after going through the matter, its sad to see the stereotype of it all… being asian myself. Smh… karma will come around…

This is my new go-​to place for a mani/​pedi. (And I am PICKY). I’ve been 5 or 6 times now and could not be more pleased with the mani/​pedi staff. They are very attentive to what I ask for and fulfill my requests.
Its very clean and hygenic and they are obviously concerned with that aspect, which is important to me.
My only complaint is the front desk staff isn’t very friendly, but since they aren’t doing the mani/​pedi, I don’t really care.

Jupiter nails is really one of the best nail places I’ve ever been too. Such sweet ladies and men who take great care of their customers. I try to go once or twice a month when I have time and I’m always satisfied! SOO worth the money :)

Totally agree with the other reviews. Used to be the best mani/​pedi in Dallas now it’s just kind of stressful. Still love Kayla, kelly and nancy — they are part of the old staff and they are amazing :)
And I was kind of bothered because someone from the new management left a very nasty message to me (on Unilocal) about my review so I changed it to a shortened version. Basically the new management team is negative and not friendly at all.

The new management changeover has really killed everything about this place. Today will be my last visit for sure. I don’t recommend this place if you want even decent customer service. I lost my ring here and the new manager wasn’t the least bit understanding which didn’t help the matter. My manicure also lasted 3 days. Very dissapointing I used to come here often.

I hate doing my toenails, and what more can I do but trim them? A pedicure is the answer. Well worth the investment, and this place always does a great job. Comfortable lounge chairs, big flat screen TVs, clean stylish and modern décor. Very relaxing. Just wish they had cold beer on tap. (You can get a glass of wine…)

I have been going here for a while, great place! Snow is a new comer along with the management… THEY MADE IT SO MUCH BETTER! I had so much fun and Snow went above and beyond any experience I’ve had in my 30 years of having my nails done!

i love love this place… i am originally from monroe la and they barely massaged your feet during or after the pedi. this salon is wonderful. ive had 1 bad experience here and i just had to look over it and im not sorry… ive been coming here for 6 months (since i moved to texas) please try… i promise you wont regret it!!! there massages are to die for… stressed, tired, just need some time to yourself??? go here!!! for 1.5 hours … if you let them… they will take ur mind off of everything and have u in paradise!

I’ve been here a couple times. I’ve been to other nail places and this place is the best. They take time on you and never rush. Everyone is very friendly. Ive always had a fear of getting my nails cut by someone but they are very gentle and I trust them 100%. They are inexpensive and provide amazing service. I love coming here. This place is cool

This is my go-​to place for my nails. I’ve been here several times, always as a walk in, and my wait is never more than 10 mins. They do such a great job. My usual is the gel manicure and pedi, but I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here too. It is very clean, everything is sanitized, and they always use a new package of the nail tools. They are very precise and always check with u to make sure you like what u are getting, they also have drinks-​free of charge in case u get thirsty and flat screen TV’s playing your favorite channels. I’m always getting compliments on my nails so needless to say I will continue coming here.

Wow what a difference a month makes. I loved going to this nail Salon, went every two weeks for nails and my eyebrows. I would always call for an appointment, and besides having to wait some. On my birthday my husband treated me to a pedicure and nail fill, he made the appointment and paid for it, when I went in the person who I always go to, and he had made that appointment with was booked. I was told I would get a discount the next time, and get my pedicure free. Well when I went to pay for it they had charged me for the pedicure, the woman who was at the desk and made the promise had gone home and I didn’t get my pedicure free. Today I made my appointment and showed up 5 minutes prior, and they girl had booked someone in my spot. Needless to say I won’t be going back. They never did give me the pedicure I requested even though they remembered, they just never had an appointment available at the same time that I scheduled my nails to be done. It was such a great place, I did not want to give them a bad review but one time I can overlook, two times in a couple of weeks is not good business practice.
