This cleaners damages clothes, denies it, and does not allow refunds for the damage they do. Almost every time I use them, something happens to a garment. I keep trying to give them another chance, because they are next door to my residence, but something often happens and they always DENY. I understand that accidents happen, but just admit it and make restitution! My last visit I dropped off a jacket, picked it up and it was missing the brass brackets on both sides. She denied it and refused to return the money I paid. Now the jacket is no longer wearable, so I’m out $ 70. (If you use them, you better take a picture of how your clothes look when you leave them there)
