If you are looking for an amazing value, this is the place. I don’t mean cheap, since for me, value = high QUALITY and great SERVICE for each dollar spent.
Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. I help people buy smart and save money for a living, and it is literally my job to shop around, so I did, and am still checking — I cannot find a diamond of similar quality for this money anywhere. I went in hoping to pull off a half carat with some ugly inclusions for my budget conscious clients, but I ended up with a .65, very clean stone for less than zales or blue Nile or anyone’s HALF carat of similar quality.
They are very knowledgeable and down to earth people — Ophir (I hope I spelled that right) spent a long time with me choosing the perfect stones on behalf of my clients. Because this was my first diamond, I did a lot of searching online, but it really, really helps to sit down with them and let you just SEE the differences in color and clarity right in front of you instead of reading charts or watching videos.
He taught me to use the loupe, and he was very patient — I think I probably looked at each one at least twice and looked at the one I chose 10 times — never once did he rush. And when you are buying a diamond, you are buying a unique and beautiful creation of this planet, so it really helps when they give you the time and leeway to really discover diamonds and all there is to love about the one you choose. And it just makes me smile that my clients do not need to go into stupid debt for an overpriced ring, but it is still just as beautiful as the love they share.
Anyway, these folks treat every customer like they are the only person in the world, so make an appointment with them, and plan to spend the morning at the other jewelry stores. Wherever you start, once you sit down with them, you will understand why this is where you MUST end up.

I sold some gold there on 8−15−11, and I had not educated myself about the penny-​weight price of gold. I was only paid 66% of the current spot price of gold. After getting home and looking up the formula, I was really disappointed. Also, they don’t let you see the scale they are weighing it on, so I really have no idea how much I was ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you are educated and plan to bargain with them.
