I gave her several times in the past, double reds today. The crew at this location always makes it fun.

Gave double platelets and red cells today. They called this morning and said there was an urgent need for my blood type. So I gave. Only took 85 minutes.

Donating whole blood today… the staff here is always nice and grateful. Facility is clean and organized. Got in and out within 40 minutes. Plus they have cookies !!

I have been donating blood and platelets at Carter Bloodcare for more than 20 years. The staff at this site is always cheerful. Even though I am not as regular a donar as I used to be at this site they still remember me, are constantly asking about my family and what is happening in my life. Personal touches like this make me want to shout their praises from the roof top and bring in as many donors as possible.
They all know what they are doing and if ever I have a question or concern they are always willing to help me to understand completely. Even when I recently traveled outside the country to get married and had a series of vaccines the staff cheerfully made sure that my blood was good to be donated.
