Most of the time I come here everything is good. For some reason the last couple times the chicken was pink and I told many. And corporate office they did compensate me back. I wasn’t looking for that. but I continue to come back because the did try to fix it even though it happens a lot

I wanted this place to be good. I got out food to go. The lady that took care of me was very nice. The food was a cross between prison food and a low life cafeteria. Cold and flavorless. The ribs which I waited 7 minutes to prepare were under cooked. The creamed spinach was tasteless. The cornbread had no taste and the texture is more like a hard roll. I do not know whose home this food would represent. Not mine. I will not return. Yuck.

Just moved to the neighborhood. Was a little worried because the Boston Market on Mockingbird has always been my home store and that place always rocks my world with their service.
However, tonight was absolutely wonderful!!! The entire staff was friendly, efficient and had an amazingly genuine greeting. Karla, was our server and made sure the entire experience was flawless. She smiled, took pride in her job, and made sure our food was perfect. The food for what appeared to be a slow and rainy night, was very fresh and very hot!
So glad to be able to call this Boston Market my new home store!!!

Every time that I come here it is the best customer service experience ever!!! The staff is nice and friendly. The food is fresh and hot… The tables are always cleaned right away. They greet you when you come into the doors and when you leave.

Staff is always polite and the food is great, if you are wanting a nice home style meal on the go or to eat in this is perfect. My boyfriend and I love to pick up food from here on a rainy day and marathon a movie or tv. The food is warm and comforting and I definitely recommend it.

Let me just say *I LOVE TORTILLA SOUP!!!” & Boston Market has some of the BESTEST Tortilla Soup EVER!
That being said, you know this review is on the happy side because, well 1. It’s about Boston Market & 2. I had Tortilla Soup. :)
This location is one of the cleaner locations and has a wonderful group of employees. We were waited on by the manager, Rica, and she was very friendly. Rica had a good grip on her staff and the workings of her restaurant.
The food was very tasty– not just the Tortilla Soup, but the chicken and garlic spinach, as well. I had never had the garlic spinach, but Rica gave a sample to me and I had to have it. She said it was her favorite and was very enthusiastic about the dish. It made me want to try it even more than just the fact I love spinach.
I was very pleased with this visit and the employees at this location.
