we have been twice and very impressed by the friendly staff .we have a place in plano we loved so after moving to garlang we were excited to see art toot spa open.

The previous poster who gave this place only 1 star must not go to foot spas very often. It’s quite common for a foot spa to open at 10 since they stay open late at night which is wonderful for people who do physical work and get off late (waiters, medical professionals, etc). Also climbing on the back is pretty universal especially with female therapists but they know what they’re doing and it is very effective. My husband and I have both gone here and had Mae as our therapist who is very very good. This place is a very typical foot spa, so nothing out of the ordinary. It is cleaner than some others and they use gloves while doing the foot massage which I appreciated. Great thing is you do not have to remove any clothing if you don’t want to, and they would probably prefer it since it is one big open room. I go in in a tank top and capri’s usually, and they are still able to massage my whole back.

Unprofessional and they did not treat you very professional.
1.) Did not open at 10 am (Should have been my first clue)
2.) Did not ask me if I had any conditions that would prevent the therapist (Used very loosely)
3.) When the therapist climbed on my back using her knees I thought heck no and asked her
to get off, it hurt. She did not listen, she was light, but it hurt when she dug in with her
knees, I finally turned to my side and she said sorry the used her elbow — worse.
4) And ladies if you are modest please do not go there. I will only say that.
Horrible experience, and when I tried asking if I could not pay as much since I was not happy, the girl said it was my time and you received a massage. So no discount or refund.
If you are seeking a foot and back massage please drive another mile or two. I was very unhappy with the service and the massage.
