There were over 7 customers in the store while only two employees were working. I had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. All I needed was a new SIM card. They need to hire more people or assist people in a more timely fashion.

This is the worst service I ever got. They gave me 2 hr window for the installation that I paid $ 99 for. Not only that the tech was late 2 hrs. When he came in. He just left the modem box in my living room unopened With no notes !! I just spent 115 min on the phone with ATT try to install it and they couldn’t help me and when I try to cancel I got transferred to another dept. which is now closed !!! I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
