Actually, Gayle’s father did and inside «The Honeymoon Cottage» vacation rental in back here. Of course the facilities have been significantly upgraded since then.
I stopped by Rustic Romance during the 2^nd Annual Genoa Cowboy Poetry and Music Festival. It’s located right across the street from the Orchard House and can be part of the experience of getting married in Genoa. The front part of the property is another historical barn (circa 1857), which would be perfect for a reception or small group event. When I walked in, the room was nicely appointed with various antiques for sale. I had a very pleasant time and enjoyed my brief conversation (including local history and families) with the owner.
