Taco Bell

Came here since it was down the street from where I’m at for the day. Totally regret it, should of went to Burger King across the street. Cashier was so weird. Terrible customer service. I got a pepperoni pizza combo. Pizza tasted like it was sitting there for a while, smelled weird and the breadsticks were hard and nasty. Looked like they might of been over cook and they forgot to put the garlic topping on it or whatever they put on it.
Will definitely not go back again.

Well, I pull up in the drive-​thru and was immediately greeted with a genuine welcome (u know most fast food places you can tell if the employee hates doing that).
I greet him back, ask for a moment because my kids were undecided (you parents know what I mean… The argument of what they want (everything on the menu… NOPE!)…LOL. He said, sure.
They finally decide. I asked if the kids food can be placed in their own separate bags (you know… to avoid the, «He touched my food! She touched my food! Argument while I’m driving. ***insert mommy eye roll here*** hahaha!!).
They bag the food separately as I requested. The employees even put sauce and napkins in each individual bag, including mine. (As we all know the handful of sauces and napkins are usually dumped in one and somewhere at the bottom you’ll discover your food.)
I appreciated that. The employees were nice too. Maybe they go to the strip clubs nearby (behind the restaurant and across the street) on break for a refresher. JK! JK!
If we’re in the area again we will be back! :)

These ppl are just rude, slow, and ignorant!!! I ask the cashier a question and she just totally ignore me!!! They really should shut down this place!!! So dirty and horrible customer service!!!

All I have to say that this place should not be runing. got home with some hard tacos and by the time I got home 1 min away. They were burritos already. won’t come back.

They need to brush up on their customer service skill. Cashier forgot my drink and when I said, «what about the drink?» She just stared at me like a deer in headlights. The only reason why this place got two stars is because it’s across from my work and the mango ice tea. By the want they are always out of either forks or hot sauce at the stand.

Horrible service! When you call and complaint they tell you your wrong! Even though you know what you ordered, wanted some fast food and huge mistake! But what can you expect! So just a recommendation if you do want to try this location make sure you check your order!

Rude drive-​thru guy, kept asking me «is that all?» basically throughout my order. Very irritating. And the service was sooo slow. No Doritos taco is worth this.

coledst burrito ever

If I could give this place a no star I would. First of all I’m not a Big Tacobell fan but I do go for the bean burritos from time to time. I need sour cream, plus extra cheese and red sauce. Simple right? WRONG! They can’t get it right to save their lives. You ask for these things and they put nothing on it. I’m at the point now I bite the damn burrito before I leave because its never done correctly. How dumb can you be dude? Sucks because this is the only one in my hood! And the dumb dude who’s there late nights has the worst attitude. I can barely understand anything he says and he has the damn nerve to rush you. Dude are you serious? Lol…
