Sator Soccer

I always come here for my soccer gear. My most recent purchase was a 3-​seater bench. I took it home and opened it up and it was just like the one they have on display in the store. My family loves it, its very comfortable. I also bought a resistance ankle band for my workout and the quality is really well made. I always wear the black jacket I bought from here and it keeps me very warm. Thats why I come here, great quality at an affordable price. Since it is located in the vicinity of where I work, I just walk in, tell them what items I am in need of and they suggest the best options. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an online store that I use to browse the merchandise and the latest sales. Highly recommend!

In February of this year but did not start using it until soccer season started in August. After 3 – 4 months of use 4 out of the six seats have the material underneath the seats pulling away. Indicating to me poor quality of material. I contacted the company via email several times and while the customer service rep was very professional and kind they would not even offer me a new bench at least half the price that they are selling. They said I could buy a new bench at full price. Now who in their right mind would take the chance on purchasing another product at full price and not be guaranteed a warranty on the material. They only offer a 30 day warranty of the structure of the chair not material.
I was told management felt this was normal wear and tear. I would agree if I was able to get a couple of seasons of soccer use out of this bench. But I barely got one season. If this is expected to be normal wear and tear after only 3 months of use then it just goes to show the poor quality of merchandise Sator Soccer sells. I will be sharing this review on facebook and twitter. hope this review goes viral to warn enough people away from this company. I would have expected better customer service in negotiating at least a new chair at half price.
