When our unofficial IT dude found a job in the greener pastures, I dreaded the arrival of the next computer/​IT crisis. That one day came a few weeks ago when my coworkers computer tried to upgrade to Windows 10 and that process mysteriously conked out the computer halfway through.
In panic, I searched for IT support on Unilocal.Seeing the good reviews for Oasystec, I called Gus with my SOS situation. Even though Gus was busy that day, he gave me a preliminary diagnostic over the phone. He also called me back multiple times to follow up as he tried to find an associate to help me the next day. My colleague’s computer issue somehow resolved itself that day, so I did not need to hire Gus for that incident. However, his proactiveness and fair price prompted me to hire him to come to do a performance diagnosis on my office’s computers. His rate is $ 75 per hour and he checked out 5 desktop PCs at the rate of $ 150.
After his first visit, we also upgraded a few computers. The rates are fair as well, he provided off-​lease Dell Optiflex machines for $ 250 each unit, plus set up fee. We set up one machine for about $ 350 and another machine for $ 390. Gus was patient with the set up, especially when my new computer did not connect to the older printers on the net work right away. After the set up, he called back a few times just to make sure everything was working alright. I am not going to lie, setting up my new machine was a little challenging because our printers were ancient so it took a few tries to get it up and running, but Gus was patient along the way, reassuring that my issues/​questions were no bother.
I am grateful we are no longer in the dark if we need a trustworthy IT service. I work for a small business on a limited budget and I am relieved we found reliable and trustworthy service from Oasystec to help us. It’s also really nice Gus is friendly, patient, and not condescending. I think IT guys are almost like psychotherapists — computer/​email/​IT issues almost always cause a melt down around here…
It’s also a plus he is in the South Bay area, so it’s quick to get him to your location.

Oasystec is your IT go to solution !! After a regretful windows 10 upgrade, I messed up the network and the ports in our computers so we couldn’t do anything! Really, Nothing! No accounting, bidding, remote deposits, etc. Gus at Oasystec felt my sense of urgency and was willing to come right away! He came in a resolved the issues within 20 minutes. He’s close by so it’s very convenient for us and, of course, very reasonable pricing. I called other places and was told our business was too small for their prices. But not for Gus, he focuses on small business so no Tech question is a dumb question for him. As of today, Feb/​5/​2016, Anything IT related, we will only call Oasystec.

Exactly on ¹²⁄₃₁ my computer became unusable. I called Gus and, given my urgency, he was willing to come the following day in spite of the fact that is was New Year’s Eve to help me diagnose the problem. He was really helpful and gave me good advice on what to do next. It makes me feel good to know that I can count on him for my technical problems.

Oasystec is the absolute best! Gus has been our law office’s IT guy for a few years. He does it all. server set-​up, installs, re-​configuring computers, virus removal, printer set-​up, etc. He was even able to fix what our old tech guy messed up and helped trouble-​shoot the various problems that our phone/​internet company had created. We would truly be lost without him! He is super knowledgeable, fast and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Oasystec for all your IT needs!

About six months ago I got a virus on my Mac iBook that wouldn’t allow me to stay on the internet too long. With my spring college semester coming and ensuing online classes, I need my laptop to work. So, I called Gus. Gus had great customer service, was very personable, and professional. I’m usually weary about getting outside sources to fix computers but Gus was on point and very thorough. He gave me updates on the hour until I told him to just work his magic because I had time. I have a lot of good things to say but I’ll close by saying it was a very positive experience. Gus is now my computer guy if I need him.

Great service and value! We had pictures pulled from an old computer that we couldn’t get to turn on. It was great to see they were able to remove the hard drive and get the picture files from the computer.
After that I recommended Oasystec LLC to my employer which is a small business. Our company contracted with Oasystec LLC to provide tech support. It has been a great experience all around!
