I own a couple of cobra kayaks and they have seen better days. I was looking on the their website and noticed that they will send me free patching material as long as I pay postage. I sent my email into the void of «submit request here» and to my amazement, a few days later, my phone rings. It is the service guy from their corporate office in Gardena Ca. He asked what problems I was having and I explained to him that we dropped one on concrete accidentally and it cracked and the other I beat against the dock too many times. He took my address, I paid him $ 3 for postage and they are mailing me the patching material for both kayaks. Wes also took quite a bit of time to explain to me both the best method of repair and the easiest method of repair and told me that if I had any problems just to call him and he’d help me out. From a customer service standpoint Cobra Kayaks rock! They need to keep on doing what they are doing.
