Starbucks

My go-​to Starbucks location when I’m heading to work. They always make my drink right even though it can be complicated sometimes. Thank you baristas!

I ordered a Trenta strawberry black tea and the cup had 80% ice. I didn’t pay $ 3.85 for a cup of ice. I had to go to a different Starbucks to get the same drink again. Unbelievable!

This is our favorite Starbucks when on vacation in the Anaheim area. They are efficient, friendly, show great customer service, and have lots of food in stock. This is typically our first stop of the day en route to the tourist attractions. They are the best so we keep coming back to this location!

Worst service ever at a Starbucks. I never write reviews but I felt this was needed. They were completely out of sugar and napkins. These are items needed at a coffee shop so it runs smoothly. There is no excuse to be out of these items. Worst service ever. They need to make sure there items are fully stoked if they are going to be offered to the customers.

November 1^st and out of pumpkin spice. Hugely disappointing. Now I have to sit in this horrible drive thru for nothing. Bummed

The wait at the drive-​thru is already frustrating enough, but to make it even worse, they’re always out of certain menu items so early in the day!
Also, I’m not sure if everyone is thoroughly trained on what’s currently available and what’s not. I was misinformed by a worker that they discontinued a certain drink since the season was over, but it’s clearly not according to all other Starbucks I’ve visited and the Starbucks site itself.
The workers are all nice, but I just don’t think this Starbucks is managed well.

So many starbucks. Well they got my order right and this place is clean so 5 stars it is. Drive thru is a plus!

This Starbucks needs to improve in serving the Drive thu window .When i found out it opens at 4:30am. .i was so happy its on my way to work
A few times i went in the morning time drive thu window (they were there Not paying attention to drive thu)
I waited to give my order, even drove up to window tapped my horn NO ONE CAME TO WINDOW .not a happy camper

Very nice employees and managers, remade my drink (that another store had screwed up!) perfect and without hassle thanks guys!!!

This is a pretty standard Starubucks with a drive thru! The drive thru line goes quick and my order has always be correct. What more do you want?

This Starbucks is pretty much alright. They always get my order right and have no problem getting it done in a timely matter. I guess they now have wireless charging pad things now. The store is overall pretty clean as well which is very important to me. I had seen an employee not washed their hands and was back making drinks (this was at another Starbucks) I forget which one.
The most inconvenient thing about this location is in fact the location. Its in an awkward place and there is no parking at all really. Half of the spots are labeled with green no starbucks parking signs.l. I’ll always love getting a hot mocha but really getting into this lot in any other lane not going passed it on the left is a ten minute mission to turn into it.

Terrible customer service, drinks are almost always half melted or they dont know how to make them. Staff is dingy and cant handle too much, brain overload!

This drive thru here takes forever…
My last trip, it took 6 minutes to get my drink and there was ONE car in front of me who ordered ONE drink –_​–
Workers are cordial but do not compensate for your wait or inconvenience
I have to remind myself not to go here.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for a long time now. I call it my study home because the staff know me by name, my usual, and have a comfortable studying enviorment.
They’re always cheerful and very friendly. I’ve actually told corporate that this place is the type of environment I like to be in. Well, time to get my Passion Tea with Strawberry Juice and 2 sweetners.

Rude guy at the window. I basically greeted him and said thanks and bye to him. He didn’t say a word or even make eye contact. He was chit chatting with another worker. Handed me my drink and that’s all. lol ok i guess.

Awful service, not friendly at all, and ridiculous waits. They cater more toward the drive thru, which makes the parking inexplicable. Few tables, one outlet, and disgusting squatters. The patrons are pretty gross too.

THIS. PLACE. ALWAYS. FORGETS. THE SWEETENER!!!
I order a simple iced coffee with cream and sweetener all the time – sometimes I request for a caramel drizzle. Not that hard. They always mess this up and it’s really annoying when I’m already out of the drive thru… go to the Starbucks on Chapman/​Euclid or even the Westminster/​Brookhurst. So annoying!!!

Probably the rudest staffed Starbucks I have ever been to.
Tristan, no need for your attitude and up charging. Keep in mind, if people didn’t come buy drinks, you wouldn’t have a job.
I go to Starbucks numerous times a weeks so I usually know the amount my drink will cost. Regardless if it’s soy or not, no need to charge me the size of a venti for my grande.
And be a little more patient rather than tell me to come up to the window, when I approached you, you raising your arms in the air was a bit over the top.
Magnolia and trask has MUCH BETTER customer service.

I come here on a weekly basis just to study because it is literally a 15 second drive from my house. There is (that I’ve noticed so far) only 3 places where you can plug in any electronic device (6 in total) so it does get a bit annoying when someone is occupying an outlet when they’re just sitting there…
The coffee, to me, is always the same. Can’t complain. And they usually get my orders right.
The service is almost always good with me. MOST of the workers are often very nice and friendly and i just love making small talk with them because they’re sometimes pretty funny LOL.
However, there is this one particular skinnnnnnny Asian girl who is always attitudey and unpleasant as fuck (im not racist. Im asian too and i’m pretty sure shes viet as well). Every time she takes my order, she doesn’t sound very friendly and welcoming whatsoever. She has rolled her eyes at me, scoffed and given me attitude WHEN I’M BEING AS NICE AS I CAN. Plus, whenever I’m at the tables listening to music and working on my homework, i can EASILY hear her over my earplugs. And i look up and shes just always goofing off. I mean, i know this job is chill, but at least look SOMEWHAT professional.
If i knew her name, I’d call her out. Shes lucky i dont.

I really don’t like this location in terms of drinks. I always get a pretty simple iced coffee. Almost every time I’ve gone here, my coffee is never sweetened like it should be. I know that Starbucks has a set amount of classic pumps when you ask for a drink «sweetened» because that’s how it is at every other store. Though every time I’m here, it seems like it’s not even sweetened. Today I asked for a Venti Iced Coffee with cream and sweetener and asked to add an extra 2 pumps of peppermint. This coffee tastes like there’s no sweetener in it at all. And maybe it’s because the new staff at this store don’t know how to read the printed out orders.
I go to this store frequently because it’s right next to my house and it’s just convenient when I’m in a rush or short on time. They have really good service, the staff is friendly, store is clean, but every time I get a coffee it usually disappoints.
