Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Place is amazing especially since they remodeled everything starting off with the new ipad thing on the table it’s very kool. You can now order and play games on it oh and also pay you don’t have to wait for the server to pay your bill witch is really kool. The food is always great every time I come I usually do the receipt reviews so it was time I did a review here. Me and my girl always get the smoke and pepper burger it’s the best. It’s big and juicy and it always gets you full. My kid usually gets the pizza. Bottomless fries are always good and also you have to try the onion rings and also mozzarella sticks they are really good. My favorite thing about this place though is the customer service displayed by all the waiters I’ve had, especially in the last 6 months that I’ve gone they have truly made an amazing improvement before they weren’t bad but they were just average and now they are above and beyond my expectations which is a lot to say because I work in customer service and they amazed me I can truly say I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could. So if your looking for a burger place look no further this is the place to be.

They don’t have the grilled chicken alla caprese salad even though they have it on their online menu. The French onion soup was so salty that I couldn’t have more than one spoonful. Gross

Went to Disney yesterday and stopped here for lunch. Food was average and our server was nice but not very attentive. The only way I’d return here is if we go bs k to Disney and since our passes expire very soon I don’t see it happening. I’ve had much better service at the Red Robin in Cerritos.

Took the family there for lunch once we arrived in town today. Normally I love Red Robin. I ordered a cherry coke along with the rest of the drinks — 4 of us, 3 being children. We ordered our food. I showed the waitress the coupon I had and she said to put my rewards number in the machine in the table. Ok, never used that before I told her And she quickly took off. Two separate groups were seated on either side of us (both in booths). Our waitress would walk by so quickly I wasn’t going to chase after her for my coke. Maybe they were busy? No. They weren’t. The booths on each side of us got their food. There we sat, waiting. 3 kids meals and a wrap… still waiting. Needed napkins. Sent the 12 yr old up to the front area to ask for some and she was told we had to wait for our waitress; she’d get them for us. Finally what appeared to be a manager came by with our food. Taste was just as expected. I asked for my cherry coke that I never received which he got for me and was apologetic.
the service was horrible. I just kept hearing apologies for errors. We decided to order the mile high mud pie… oh just go on the tablet… I don’t want to order off the tablet. I want a waitress/​waiter to take my order! The waitress’s answer? Here I’ll do it for you… you’re missing the point lady! Sooo frustrating!
If I’m using this tablet for everything, then why am I tipping you? For delivering food to my table? I’m just not a fan of this new process. It ruined the whole meal. Check the tablet… tired of hearing that already!

Pretty good Red Robin, as far as Red Robins go. Good service, nice people… fresh, flavorful food, and a great location, right near a few hotels. Nice place to eat if you’re a local, or if you’re visiting Disneyland and are trying to avoid theme park food.

Stopped by for a gluten free burger on the way home from Disneyland! Frank was our server and out of my 100+ times eating at Red Robin in my life it was the best experience I have ever had! The food was super quick, there was no wait, and Frank was on top of it! Will be coming back and asking for him! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend

Ok, so I’m going straight to the point. The only food that came out right was our 2 kids pizza. We order this :
2 king shakes –other were the consistency of thick juice very watery .
Fries omg First batch of the fries cold and hard and stale! second batch kinda warm but super hard and STALE STILL!!!
Salad — old brown lettuce defiantly not fresh.
I asked for extra sauce on my burger the waitress said she would bring never came around husband had to look for her cause they where half way done eating there food and I was just sitting there like .
Soda pop: watered flat
My husband walked out and stated he’s NEVER felt so dissatisfied coming out of a red robin usually where happy and complaing how full were are and how great the food was!
They where super busy so I dunno maybe that’s why literally everything was freaking horrible it was a complete waste of money.
This particular red Robbin had a cool atmosphere but the food was god awful and we kept Gavin to chase our server down for refills and everything else

The service at this location is pretty good, given the fact that it is right next to Disneyland. You’d think it’d be slower, but its not. I also love the new chalk board experience they added while you wait.
Weird Fact: At this location, the bathroom soap smells amazing!

Every time I come here I’m always pleased. This time though. Maybe it’s because it’s a Tuesday night, but Dave is the man. He is on point! I feel like a baby in his care! Loved how he gave each of us an extra ranch even though only one of us asked for extra. He also brought out fries whenever we got close to finishing what we had on our plates!
The loyalty program is a fun way to get a free burger!

Came here tonight for the first time and it was very good, and we got awsome customer service, our server was frank and he was fast and acommidating, we let him know we had a movie at 11 and he got our order fast and helped us out fast and we made it to our movie on time, thank you Frank you are awsome !!! Will be back soon for these amazing burgers and fast service

The variety of food is a plus. The burgers and fish n chips are what I normally order. The waitress was very attentive, courteous and did the little things right…
My stomach was very satisfied when I left!!!

Dorian was our server and she was AMAZING! From the moment we sat down she quickly came over to our table with food in tow for another table and told us she’d be with us as soon as she could. The simple acknowledgement and greeting started things off on the right foot.
After delivering the food to the other table she then approached us and took our drink order. Her skills as a server by far exceeded our last experience we had at Red Robin (Irvine Spectrum). She was courteous and prompt at taking our order and making sure our drinks were full at all times. Not to mention, constantly came by our table to check up on us to make sure if anything else was needed.
Everyone here, from the hostess to the server to the bus boy, were kind and friendly. They were all so welcoming. Great atmosphere.

So I had a gift card to Red Robin and I figured why not. I was hungry on this particular night and there was a Red Robin around the area so I figured I give it a go. I made my way through and was not expecting much as I heard Red Robin was just ok. And to be honest, it was just ok to me too but them fries though were spot on and I kinda liked the service.
The burger was just ok. It was definitely better than the average burger so I can’t really complain. Meat was tender and nice, the burger buns were good, the ingredients were fresh but it takes a lot to impress me burger wise. It lacked a bit of flavor but overall I would come here again for a burger if I’m in the area as its still better than the average fast food chains. The bottomless fries were delicious. The fries were well seasoned, not too salty and not to bland. They were crispy but not overly crunchy. I gotta give em props for that.
The service was pretty good. Ordered by burger and I kinda was expecting a bit of a wait but nope, they delivered my food in a timely manner. They were friendly and attentive which again I was actually quite surprised about since for some reason I always feel like Red Robin had fast food type of service. Guess I was wrong, pleasantly wrong.
Overall I would return again. The burgers are good enough for a repeat, the service is friendly and the ambiance is nice. I got pretty much a free burger from the gift card so thats a bonus. I should hit up it more often. I’m not that far from the place.

Free birthday meal #2
This goes out to my birthday month. For those who don’t know, if you sign up for the Red Robin Royalty program you get a free gourmet burger for your birthday month. And what’s great about this program is that they have promotions almost every month for a free milkshake, free appetizer, or discount off your meal.
We came here for lunch time on a Monday, and no surprise that the place wasn’t packed since most of the time it does get hectic since it’s right around Disney. We had two servers who were prompt taking our order and delivering the food in a timely matter. I had the bacon cheeseburger and tried a bit of the oreo monster milkshake! And of course, I can’t forget my love of bottomless fries!
Free meal + amazingly awesome food = happy customer!

So I wasn’t expecting much after a long day at Disneyland. I figured this location is close to many hotels they are not going to care about the service. I thought the servers would rush you out and not care, boy was I wrong!!! Ivete was our server and she was awesome if she is working when you are there ask her her section.
I’ve been to a few RR locations and none of them have been top of everything during our visit. Ivete was on top of our refills both drinks & fires. She kept coming by asking if everything was okay. I really liked this. I asked to speak to the manager before leaving, I had to tell him about the great service we just had. It turns out he’s a big Disney fan too so to me that’s a plus plus he’s easy on the eyes ;)
I will definitely go back to this location. Way to go everyone! Keep up the great work :)

Our first time here and it was a total disappointment we came here for the $ 15 special but we decided to get a more expensive burger thinking the quality would be better, we order the prime chophouse the burger was descent nothing special their bottomless fries were not good, my husband order a root-​beer float it was the most nastiest root-​beer float his ever had the you can tell the rootbeer was room temperature so by the time it got to our table the ice cream was melted he ask our server to please change it for him and she brought another rootbeer float exactly the same it was a total disappointment we spend $ 40 I would of rather have gone to In N out for a better tasting burger not coming here again…

They have a very good selection of burgers. You can mix and match toppings, and they have many choices for sauces and breads. I like their bottomless fries, which can be regular, or garlic; I think they even have sweet potato fries.
Bacon aioli, is my favorite sauce. Taste like Chic-fil-a’s secret sauce but with real bacon pieces, if you don’t know its like a honey mustard mixed with a BBQ sauce, don’t knock it till you try it. Try it on the crispy chicken sandwich; you won’t be disappointed! They also have grilled chicken that is quite tasty.
Their burgers can be Angus if you like, regular ground beef, or veggie. Even if you know what kind of burger you like typically, you will find yourself saying, «that’s probably good» and spending a little longer perusing the menu options.

After getting some pretty shitty service at ESPN zone on super bowl Sunday, I called up this Red Robin and they told me there was no wait for 2, so wifey and I took the first über down from a long day at Disneyland to have dinner and watch the second half of the game.
We walked right in and sat down in the middle of the bar with TV’s all around! We told our waiter we wanted to watch the game so we ordered a little slower than usual, but still received great service from him and the rest of the staff.
This location is actually bigger than the one closer to our home, and I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

Located on Chapman and Harbor in GG in a lot that shares parking with hotels and resturants.
The burgers here are between about $ 9.00-$ 15.00. To me a $ 14.99 burger better be good. Some places can get away with charging for a burger, but not a place like this. Come on now, Angus beef is not that expensive. Maybe a $ 12 pricetag would be worthy.
They have re-​vamped their menu and added lots of new burgers with skyhigh prices. Many with different toppings like candied bacon, fried egg and sauces like peppercorn and garlic alioli which is cool. A few in my party did it the Unilocal way, and cut their burgers into 4s, and they each had a ¼.
Buuuuut…when I think burger time, Red Robin is not my first choice. Especially with a $ 15 price tag. But hey, you get bottomless fries or fruit. Sadly, I don’t eat a lot of fries anymore.
My ½ pound angus burger had carmelized onions, cheddar cheese and bacon with brown sugar on a fancy bun. The burger was decent and I had no problem finishing it. Thats because the ½ pounder shrunk down to a tiny hunk of meat. I was still hungry.
I have noticed Red Robin has difficulty serving large parties. Not once but twice I have gone with a large party and there was difficulty tending to us. Drinks were forgotten, dipping sauces, ect. We paged our server multiple times from the table so we could place our order, but Nada. Took about 30 minutes to place our order. We told them we were on our lunch break too. We ended up taking almost a 2 hour break.
The table side computer lets you split checks easily. Which is cool since none of us carry cash. But it takes forever and a day for each person to pay. Especially since there is only 1 computer per check.
Red Robin is just okay.

When we had visited Disneyland in 2010, we had visited this RR then. I was on a mission to find it again to have dinner there after our rest and swim session in between visiting Disneyland. This is down Harbor a little ways, but it located still within the main vicinity of Disneyland and the hotels. The last time that we visited, we had a positive experience and this was no different.
We came on a Wednesday, maybe around 6:30PM. We were seated right away and our waitress came over to take our drink orders. RR is my girl’s favorite places to dine at, so we pretty much know what we’re going to order. Double order of cheese sticks with two sides of ranch, two kids chicken strips with fries, mac and cheese with mandarin oranges and a teriyaki chicken burger with no lettuce and a cup of clam chowder. Everything was delivered to us within a timely manner and it all came out great!
We were in and out of there within a good amount of time. We headed back to the parks at about 7:15. This is a good option, if you’re in the area and with the kids. You get a little more for your money here than in the parks.
