My wife and I went here yesterday for dinner. It’s been 10+ years since the last visit. I’m not sure why we’ve forgotten about Red Lobster, but I’m happy we’ve gotten reacquainted. We were quickly seated and greeted by Willy, our server. Willy and the staff were absolutely phenomenal throughout the night and continuously checked in to see if we needed anything. He recommended the Lobster Lover’s dream, seaside sampler, and strawberry lemonade which we ordered. The complimentary biscuits is cheesy and soft. The entrée came with a standard house salad. The seaside sampler included shrimp cocktail, coconut shrimp, and stuffed mushroom. The shrimps are plump and served cold on ice. The stuffed mushroom is flat in flavor. The coconut shrimp is quite delicious and was served with a slightly overwhelming coconut sauce. The sampler could best be described as «miss and hit» on the same plate. The Lobster Lover’s dream is only served 3 months out of the year during peak season. It comes with two lobster tails, one of which is from Maine. Both lobsters were great, each with a different taste and texture. The Maine lobster was the clear winner being sweet and firm. It’s served with a creamy shrimp pasta. Although the shrimps were small, they were perfectly cooked with a nice crunch texture and not rubbery over-done. We were full and satisfied!

I had a meeting there today with Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce, their service and food was amazing. Edgar ’ d Entrala and Raul Flores came to meet us. I ordered the fried sole fish and salad. Great taste, thank you. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you

I was shocked at the service. I had a lobster fest meal. It was just OK. The lobster tasted rubbery. The salad was ok if I got the right salad dressing. My ice tea was never asked to be refilled. I use to be a fan of Red Lobster, not any more!

I was disappointed with the food in this place. Lobster was ok not great and steak undercooked… we ordered medium well steak it came back raw… to the point the plate got covered in blood and so did the lobster. I thought that was a bit ridiculous so we sent back… they reheat the same piece of steak and since it already had all the sauce on top they charcoal the top and sides. now it’s just hard and we’ll done. We decided to just take a box to go pay and leave. The Manager was nice and she did apologize but the harm was done when they sent the food out burned the second time.

Came here last night with the family. We had another great experience at this location. Seating was fast and customer service was great. I ordered Lobster Scampi Linguini. Food tasted good but not one of my top favorites. Overall had a good time and great meal. Cant complain.

I was here last week for Lobsterfest. The server was good. I ordered a steak & lobster. I did have to send the steak back because it was too bloody when I had asked for it to be cooked medium well. Other than that, the cheese biscuits were great as usual. I will be back again another time.

Visit on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was full house. Service was a bit slow after we got our entrée. We were not in a hurry anyway. They were running a lobsterfest and the lobster tail that I got were really good.

I’ll give this place 5 stars of food, service and price. At first, I thought this place is really expensive, but after seeing, eating their food, I realized it’s worth the money. Their food are perfect. The service are really really good. Thanks God that I didn’t have to wait to eat. Will definitely come back for my date! Perfect place for your date!

Always great atmosphere. They have different promotions, which I rarely participate in. Though they are currently in Lobsterfest and I did just have the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, it doesn’t mean I was participating(on purpose). I literally ALWAYS get this when I’m here. It’s a great size for 2 people. Lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels(though I substitute shrimp for these) in a butter garlic sauce. That and an appetizer and you’re all set. Valentine’s meal any time you like. Plus the low lighting and old style Boston harbor feel, always helps set the mood. I guess. Probably could be a few more romantic settings, but I digress. Bottom line, a good deal with great flavor and that’s what matters most at the end of the day. Isn’t it?

My husband and I were looking forward to a nice dinner at Red Lobster. My husband’s food was brought out to him. The first thing he went to get was a piece of the Sole stuffed fish. SUPRISE! There was a hair in his food… YUCK! We immediately advised one of the waitresses on staff and she took his plate. He was told another plate would be right out, which it was. Our waitress came to our table to let us know one of the other staff had advised her of the hair in his food. She asked us if her manager had come to our table to speak with us and we told her no. Our waitress said she was going to go get the manager to come and speak with us. She came back to the table and said her manager was unable to speak to us. Once we were done with dinner she asked if we were ready for the check. We told her yes and she stated she was going to check with her manager about giving us any kind of discount for our mishap of a hair being in my husband’s food. The waitress came back and put the check on the table and thanked us for having dinner at Red Lobster. When i went to look at the bill, there was no discount. Alrighty then! I paid the bill and we left. As customers of a restaurant, we feel that the manager should have had the decency to come to us and apologize for the mishap. Since the manager was unable to apologize to us in person, YES the manager should have discounted our bill. NO we were not looking for a free meal because my husband did eat the new plate that was brought out to him. I honestly do not think we will ever go back. Customer service is everything to us and if the manager of this restaurant cannot provide it then there is definitely a problem!

This review is strictly for our server and the manager! Austin H. was our server and I have NEVER seen a server like him! I am a manager at a very well known restaurant in CA and I told him and his manager Betty I wanted to recruit him to my business! He is top notch and the best you’ll find! From his patience, knowledge, demeanor, urgency, attitude and over all approach, he was Fantastic! Redlobster, hang on to him and treat him well or I may need to poach him from you! Betty the manager was also top notch! My husband and I dined Sunday 12⁄28 and the restaurant was fairly busy. Betty took the time to come over so we could rave to her about our server!

Well, it’s been a very long time since I’ve been in a Red Lobster and this is the first time I’ve tried this one. The commercial on TV makes it look so attractive so we decided to give it a try. The service is great. Our waiter is very polite and attentive. Food is so so. The pictures in the menu is just much nicer in my opinion. I do like the seafood baked, portion is good. But the linguine looks like swimming in butter, maybe that’s why the 1800 calories. Well, skipped the linguine. Overall, it’s not too bad. Would I come again? Maybe but probably a long long time later.

I have to say that the service here is pretty quick. It takes a while initially for your food to come out, but with endless shrimp they came out with refills really fast. In fact they came out with an extra round when we didn’t order it. Had the Walt’s shrimp, coconut fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp. Everything was pretty tasty and crispy. Definitely would come back for their endless shrimp special again.

This is my first time at a Red lobster. . Do not get a mixed drink here. Super weak. I got a long island iced tea and I would have bet money they gave me the kids lemonade from the family of 15 next table over. The bicuits were pretty tasty. Salty and doughy. They give you legit portions. That being said, everything was overcooked. I asked for medium steak and I got well done. The lobster was chewy and the salmon was dry. Overall not bad, not good. Probably won’t come back.

I went to Red lobster for the second time in my life and it helped remember why I took so long to go back to this place again. The food tastes just like any other pre-made boxed frozen food chain restaurants. No flavor, super greasy and overly salty. 1 star for their cheese biscuit though. They are deeeelicious! I was not expecting a healthy meal of course! I know that cheese and butter are their main ingredients but I guess I was not ready for it. Our sever was ok. She came and checked on us a couple of times but nothing special about it. I don’t think I would go back to this place again!

I’ve been here once, and it’ll probably be my last. I ordered the ultimate feast on my visit, and it came with crab legs, coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, one lobster tail, and two sides. We got the rice pilaf and mashed potatoes. First of all, the best thing on that plate were the crab legs. The shrimp was meh and the lobster had a weird flavor to it. The sides were nothing special. My boyfriend got the surf and turf. I tried the medium rare steak, and it was one of the worst. It was so chewy and tough. The best thing here are probably their biscuits.

Came here for the first time and had mediocre expectations. Even with setting the bar low, I was not very impressed. It was«Lobsterfest» time and the restaurant had specialty dishes just for it. I ordered the«Ultimate Surf and Turf» meal, which consists of a lobster tail, a sirloin steak, rice pilaf, and mashed potatoes. The lobster tasted decent to me. It wasn’t too chewy nor did it have a fishy taste to it. I felt like the lobster tail was on the smaller side though. The steak… dear Lord if you can call it that, was one of the nastiest steaks I’ve had in a while. I ordered it medium rare and all I can say is that it was somewhat pink in the middle. The steak was so dry, tough, and the consistency of the meat tasted like I was chewing on an extremely condensed piece of meat loaf. The plus sides to this place? The biscuits and the very seltzer-y soda. Our waitress was actually on the ball though. She made sure our drinks never went empty and she got us whatever we needed. Honestly, if they worked on using better meat quality for their steaks, this meal would have been 4 stars, but I just couldn’t get over that nasty piece of cow flesh sitting on a bed of mash potatoes.

I was not there five minutes and made a major tea spill at my table. The waitress was very kind and assured me I needed no forgiving. I still felt super bad. The seating was immediate and the service was very fast. The selection was fair although I expected more«healthy» choices and lower calorie options. I grabbed the cat fish with veggies. The fish was fresh and cooked well. The vegies were tasty and the salad was good too. The waitress was very attentive taking very good care of her area. I enjoyed what I got and look forward to coming back. If you have never been in a Red Lobster you need to go check them out.
