Master Cleaners

I’ve only had two loads done thus far and the service is great. And I really like the «Your clothes are ready» texts; I get pretty anxious over my things. I’m sure I will up this to a five star after a few more loads to confirm consistency.

I have been bringing my cleaning here for about 3 months now.
Small parking lot, but great service and quality of work. They take credit cards and their prices are very reasonable.
I drive past alot of other cleaners to bring my clothes here.

These guys are located next to a mechanics shop on chapman. They dont have the best location, I will admit to that. The parking situation could be alot better. Theres only about 5 parking spaces.
Thats where their down sides end! This cleaners has been consistent for about 5 months with all my stuff. Ive taken in everything you can think of except for a wedding dress, but theres a great review on here already if youre wondering about that.
They always have my clothes ready on time. Never had an issue with them not been clean, or they missed spots etc. They are good at what they do. They have competitive rates in the cheap prices, which makes this place even better.
By the time I get to take in my clothes its a lot, and I do mean a lot! Im always surprised at how cheap the bill is. The clothes is left like new all the time. I recently had my jeans taken in. They did a great job! You cant tell and they followed the instructions I gave them. They even gave me advice for the best results without extra charges!

I came back to pick up my dress on Wednesday (the receipt said I could pick it up by Tuesday) and to my shocking surprise, the lady could not locate my dress in the store. I was pretty furious when she told me she would give me a call once she found it. I asked, «What will you do if you lost it??» She assured me that it wasn’t lost and that she would call me right away. I left pretty annoyed that I didn’t have my dress in hand, but sure enough, about an hour later, she called and told me I could pick it up after five. When I got it back, I have to admit, they did a great job at cleaning every inch of it. That’s why I can’t give them any worse than 3 stars, however, I would not trust them again with cleaning garments close to a special occasion date if this is what happens. I even gave them one extra day and they didn’t have it on time nor in the store. The lady didn’t even bother to apologize or discount me either. I’m going to play it safe and only dryclean the bf’s dress shirts here next time.
