This place is great, they always updates there song list. Some of the song they have can’t be find in any other Karaōke. It is super crowded on the weekend. Recommend call in first to reserve.

For being Vietnamese-owned they don’t really have a lot of new Vietnamese songs. And I’m using the word new freely. They didn’t have popular songs that are 5 – 7 years old. The songs are alphabetized but they’re hard to find because there’s a lot of little sections. The system itself is average. They keep their system under lock and key so every time we wanted to adjust the volume of the music or microphone we had to get someone to unlock the cabinet, which was a little inconvenient.

Not the fanciest place but i can get over that when you are singing on the top of your lungs with some great company and enjoying yourself. It is conveniently located next to soju belly. So after a couple rounds of soju you can walk right over and start singing. The pricing is very reasonable too! After splitting it with a group of 8, we ended up paying like $ 6 each for an hour of kareoke. The song selection was average. I am only basing my opinion on the English songs. I’m not sure about the viet songs. My friends were saying other places have more songs but I thought the choices weren’t too bad. Also, Thank you kareoke idol for allowing me to be a diva and strut my stuff while singing milkshake by Kelis. Minus one star cause all of the strobe lights in ALL the rooms were broken. They need to get on that and fix them or at least some… When we asked for a different room I still can’t believe that all of them had broken lights.

Come here every time we go to Soju Belly. I they’re really busy on weekends, so make sure you call ahead or something. If your try to go on a weekend at like 9 or after, be ready for a long wait. They have both large and smaller rooms. Decent selection, and you can bring all the food/drinks that you like. The staff cleans up after you too. The hallway is a little dark, it’s got a sort of run down feeling to it but the hallways isn’t where the party is at, so that really doesn’t matter much. It can get a little pricey, it’s an hourly rate. But it’s good if you have a lot of friends and can split the cost. We usually go with about 5+ people depending on the night, a couple of hours tends to be around $ 15-$ 20 each I think.

I was very upset with this place because when my friends and I were singing the dude who works there complained that we were«too loud» when the room across from us was a lot louder than us also when I needed to use the restroom it was discussing it looks like they haven’t cleaned it in years

This is a cool place to go if you’re getting ready for The voice tryouts or doing record deals or just for good times with friends! very great place to go with your friends after drinking hours as this place fits a big party but don’t leave your belongings there because it will be gone the next day and they will claim they haven’t seen it and will not have a lost and found box for you! Customer service are great and even offer bowls of noodles I think for free if you are craving the midnight munchies. And nice selection of both vietnamese and English genres Owners I suggest please update your numbers or call back your customers if they leave a voicemail !! I called two times looking for my item but my hair turned grey from waiting for that call!

Not a bad place to drop by to sing karoke. Very secluded in the corner, could easily missed on Kerry St. What I don’t like about it is I have to switch channel to sing new English songs and switching back to sing Vietnamese in room 6(large room). Not sure if other rooms had to deal with the same issue but it was very inconvenient to us. 2hours $ 90 not sure if that’s correct price or pricey. Female, location looks dicey, so be careful parking your car and walking to the karoke bar

Love this place :) Went here last night and the staff /owners took good care of us. My friend had too much that night and made a mess in the room. Luckily they have all of the supplies LOL. Paper towels, water, spray. You name it. They even offered to clean it themselves but we said no. I give them props for dealing with loud drunks all night. * We had a medium size room for a party of 8, & spent around 2 hours for $ 53. Overall I’ll be back !

This karaōke. ok i guess its nice and all here but I lost my phone here last month. I know it was my fault. but when I lost my phone here someone(maybe the worker or a person at a different room) took my phone to their house in Westmister(i tracked it). I filed a police report, and the manager was nice enough to help us out by finding my phone. He said he looked at the surveillance cameras and he didn’t see anything suspicious. He also said that he asked the workers and they said they didn’t have it. Ok that part’s fine, I lost my phone big whoop. but I just got a phone call from the police today and he told us that so many people have lost their phones here after they had left it. Isn’t that kind of suspicious? I mean I didn’t think much of it at the moment because it was just me that lost my phone, but why would other people deal with the same situation? It’s not like that same person would have come here every day and stole all these different phones??? I mean I’m not accusing the manager or the workers, but I admit it is kind of weird and shady. So just for that reason, I recommend you guys don’t get drunk and come here because YOUWILL lose your phone & get it stolen.

You must come here. The place is under new owner/management. Everything about this karaōke place is great. First of all, if you are Vietnamese and often listen to Viet music, this place always has NEWHOTVIETSONGS for you. If you don’t see it in the list or son know how to search for it, then ask the staff. Seconly, not forget to mention that THESTAFFSARESUPERNICE. Thirdly, they remodeled the place with new décor and wall paint, nice and clean. It is great for girls who love to snap photos. Next is the sound system is cool. This place always satisfies me whenever i wanna sing.

My BFF and I were looking for a karaōke place after stuffing ourselves with KBBQ and we found Idol Karaōke on Unilocal. What can I say? Hours of mic-hogging singing, I’d say my pièce de résistance would be either Baby Got Back or YMCA. The staff was really friendly and brought us waters after complaining about the feedback from the mic. I mean really… how is a diva supposed to perform under these conditions? Alas, the song selection was decent(not AMAZING, but good). I wish they ordered the songs by artist as well. That would make coordinating Mariah Carey medley that much easier. I’m almost able to replicate her whistle register. Thanks Idol Karaōke for taking me one step closer to ultimate stardom! I can smell the record deals already!

great place, private rooms, and great customer service. They also have a great sound system in every room, which is also a down fall beacuse tou can hear the other rooms around you. Only reason this place doesnt get 5 stars is because everything is in Korean(i think) and they only had books with songs by the Song Name, and not one with listed by Artists as most other places do.

I think this place just opened up. The rooms are brand spanking new, with newly constructed walls and floors, new equipment(hello sensitive mics!), and new booklets. The sound system is fantastic, however the walls here aren’t completely soundproof so you can hear all the rooms around you. They didn’t give us english booklets by artist, so finding songs was a pain. Their selection of english songs was decent, but nowhere near the best. They are undercutting the other places nearby by one dollar per hour, but whether or not it is worth it is up to you. I personally don’t think i’m coming back. Also, the area seems a little shady so come with a large group.

I was introduced to Idol Karaōke by a good friend. At first, I wasn’t much of a karaōke fan because I have been to many karaōke restaurants and lounges like KTVs. But since I come here with my friends, I want to come back for more! I always feel warms and welcome for each time I return to Idol Karaōke. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to serve you with sense of humors. The rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Especially the restrooms, both women’s and men’s are very clean and fresh. I didn’t expect it for the first time because since this place allow us to bring in food and drinks. The karaōke sound systems are very good. They make me feel like I’m a professional singer who I still don’t think I’m one. Well, I know how I sound like in the showers :-)… What can I say about this place. It’s a wonderful hangouts for friends and family. I’ll see you there this weekend. Enjoy your experience with Idol Karaōke!!!
