This place is wonderful. Amazing customer service! The best I have ever seen from a storage place. Clean and secure. Ron is incredible and he helped out so much!

Stink Eye Storage.
I had used this facility 4 years ago and it went without a hitch. The staff, then, was warm and friendly and obviously knew how to treat customers well.
The owner did not laugh at an attempt at humor when I greeted him and gave me the stink eye.
I asked to see a couple of units around the sizes I need. He then interrogated me on what I wanted to store and how much space I needed. It appeared he did not want to leave the office and show me a unit. He gets up then says «I will not rent a unit to you». Without any reason. Very strange.
No stars for people skills or anything else for that matter.

With 1 review written, «A.H» should be ignored. This place is legit with a code locked front gate. Facilities are clean except for the occasional homeless person hanging outside of and in the storage facility. None of them are crazy though from what I’ve seen.
Watch out for expired credit cards though, they’ll charge a late fee if you don’t update it before it’s expired.

Count me as a happy customer of GG Storage for many years. The facility is well lit and clean. If I ever need assistance from the office, they are available and helpful. If you need to store things, this is your place!

I have been storing items at Garden Grove Secured Storage for 10+ years. The facility grounds are clean, the building is well kept and management in the office has always been helpful in answering questions, making suggestions, etc. The grounds are locked after dark and there is a 24⁄7 surveillance system on site. I have had only positive experiences at this establishment in over 10 years as a customer!
