I’ll be honest. I haven’t ordered domino’s pizza in 10+ years but took their carryout offer of 2– 2 topping medium pizzas for $ 5.99 each. It was what I expected. Pretty bland, mediocre pizza. There’s a reason I don’t eat their pizza. I’ll order again in another 10+ years.

I just called about the my tmobile Tuesday deal and the girl on the phone was super rude. She just didn’t want to do her job and she said the deal expired. How does it expire if it only works on Tuesdays and today is a Tuesday?! She made some bs excuse saying there’s only a certain time you can redeem it and another excuse was that the deal was already over. If you are unsure of your company’s current promotion or partnerships with other companies, then maybe you shouldn’t be speaking on behalf of Domino’s. It makes domino’s look bad for hiring people who can’t do their job or isn’t willing to do their job. We called another location and they were happy to help us. This certain location is just crap. Go to a different location or just don’t come here for your pizza at all

I love the pasta, and salads here, but the service and the presentation is terrible. I asked for a Caesar salad, and clearly stated it while making my order over the phone. The guy restated my Order and said I ordered a Caesar salad, but when I came to pick it up, I nearly walked out with something different. The pasta also has burnt noodles or undercooked ones, and the bowl it is served in is burnt. I told the lady to make sure it was cooked, she obviously didn’t do what I asked seeing as she just grabbed the bowl and shoved it in the box. Step up your game dominos!

I’ve been ordering from this location for almost 4 years, and while the pizza is always good and the delivery drivers are always friendly, I’ve had trouble with every order that I request extra sauce on. Either there’s normal sauce, or worse very little sauce. I’m tired of calling and complaining, so I stopped ordering any pizza with extra sauce.

At this point, I’m confused as to why they even try to make deliveries. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt despite all of the terrible, alarming, and as I know now, ACCURATE reviews. So I guess I can’t complain, right? Long story short: my boyfriend and I place an order online at approx. 11pm. 11:30 rolls around and at this point, we’re wondering if they didn’t get the order at all, so we called them and the lady told us that our pizza would be arriving soon. Wrong. Fast forward and it’s almost 12, so we call them back and ask for some insight as to when our pizza would be here and wondering if it would even be hot at this point. She told us that she was going to contact the driver and let us know. A couple minutes later, we call back and she informs us that he didn’t answer but that our pizzas should be there«soon». She offered us a free pizza for tomorrow, except we were hungry TODAY. Keep in mind that we live SEVEN minutes away. Finally, at 12:15 we receive a call telling us that the driver was at our house and tried to call but we «didn’t answer» so he just left. But we didn’t get any phone calls whatsoever. Why he didn’t think to get out of the car and actually DELIVER the pizza, I have no idea. Anyways, don’t eat here, or waste your time TRYING to eat here. By the looks of the photos we just saw, it seemed like they did us a favor.

If I can I would give this store zero stars. never have I been given low customer service. I know it’s hard for people in food but u guys sign up for it. you can quit anytime. so I place an order at 930. apparently my family was still hungry and place another order at 10. they 1030 pass no pizza. called them and they say it wasn’t even made bc they thought it was a duplicate. I ask then was the time on those electronic ticket the same? they say no. so I ask how did they concluded that it was a duplicate they couldn’t apologize for they stupidity. and ask if I want the order. papa johns for me never dominoes again

My boyfriend wanted to try dominos after not having it for so long so we decided to order dominos tonight. After reading all the reviews from this location I was a bit nervous but the pizza turned out good. I have no complaints about it.

Order for delivery. I’m 1.1 miles away from this dominos so why did it take 90 minutes to get to my house?!? And then I asked for red peppers and Parmesan cheese and they say we don’t have any. Only bottles at the store that you can buy for a additional 3 dollars. Ummm what?!? Charging for pizza topping staples? So after that interaction and my very late pizza I tip the delivery guy 5 dollars and the ungrateful little shit said that’s all?!? Never again!!!

I can see why most chain pizza joints get bad reviews. They usually hire younger staff and there’s so sense of urgency. Anyways, we placed an online order for a medium pizza for pick up. The confirmation said 9 – 14 minutes until it was ready. We arrived on time and the girl we spoke to told us «just a couple more minutes.» Fifteen minutes pass and still no pizza, so we asked another worker. Apparently, it was just sitting there waiting to be picked up. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed that she would TELLUS when it was ready. Who knows how long it was sitting there. It’s also silly that Domino’s no longer gives out chili flakes.

This place is getting worse. If I could give it a zero star I would. As I ordered 2medium pizzas and 2 of the 12 pcs crispy Bacon and Tomato. The chicken came out burned and only half of the portion(not twelve pcs as it supposed to be). Disappointed big time. Shoulda ask me to pay a little more instead of cut off half size and shouldn’t burned my dinner Domino… I mean BURNED!!! I will never come back !!!

Pizza was terrible. Not sure if dominos strayed from their renewed recipe, because I’ve ordered pizza from this location before a year or so ago, & it was good. But this time it was bad. & the boneless chicken things are a joke! It was burnt, & the 12 piece had about as much chicken as 4 regular wings.

Tonight I was tailgated and cut off by a driver from this Domino’s pizza. I was following my wife home from Costco and there was absolutely NOBODY behind me except this guy. So he got right behind me and proceeded to cut in between me and my wife as she was slowing down to make a right. So he had to hit his brakes and I had to really hit my brakes. The car was silver either a corolla or camry. Be careful around this driver! Just another reason why I choose not to buy pizza from Domino’s pizza.

I’ve always received good customer service from the delivery drivers from this Domino’s location for the past 10 yrs(my favorite is Son/Sonny). I often called in for take out. I think they recently changed manager, I liked the prior male managers/assistant managers better-always smiling polite, and responsive to some minor issues I had. Delivery is always on time with courteous delivery drivers, and their pizza is not not greasy as Pizza Hut’s.

Pathetic. I ordered a pizza online for delivery. After waiting over 45 minutes for a pizza that was estimated to be delivered to me in half an hour I decided to call the store. I was told that the delivery man came to my door and knocked and nobody answered the door. That was not true. I was home alone all night a couple of rooms down from the front door and there was absolutely no knock on the door or even a call through my phone. The person I spoke with on the phone then told me the driver didn’t want to come back to my house. I angrily explained to them that I didn’t care at that point, and asked to them to simply refund my debit card. The person over the phone declined the refund, and told me to answer the door this time before slamming the phone down. This time I decided to wait in my front lawn for the pizza man. I saw him roll up, but he hadn’t see me sitting in the corner. That didn’t stop him from so rudely honk his car notifying me to come outside. Mind you, this was around 10pm. So I walk to his car and the man actually hands me the pizza and charges me on the side of the road! So now I’m stuck with a cold pizza that was baked an hour ago. I contacted corporate about the situation and the best they could do was offer me a replacement. Picking up the replacement was yet another disaster. I placed my order online, but this time for carry out. I came in the store 15 minutes after placing my order when the order was suppose to be done. I was asked to wait as the pizza was not ready. 10 minutes later I see somebody grab and give me a pizza that was siting on the racks ever since I came in. It wasn’t until home that I noticed that they didn’t cut slices. What a horrible excuse for a pizza shop.

My partner and I carry out from this location all the time, so I can’t really speak for delivered pizzas. We’ve never had a single REAL issue with our pizzas. Order online or through the app, makes no difference. $ 7.99 for large 3-topping Mon-Thurs, and if we order the other days we just get the Med 2-topping for $ 5.99, so can’t beat the price. Have gone in and waited on a pizza a few times(got there ahead of pre-scheduled order time), and they’re very clean(wash hands, clean prep areas, etc). Usually it’s only one person in the store when I’ve gone, and they’re usually friendly(if not they’re busy on the phone or making pizzas). Food is as you’d expect it. Having worked in the pizza industry when I was a teen, I know the difference between pizzas and what to look for as far as quality and sanitation. This is where they lost a star: A couple of times there was a bit too much butter on the crust, or the cut of the pizza was not centered(creating giant pieces on one side, and little tiny pieces on the other side). The butter problem is few and far between and the cut, for me, does much matter but it is something to consider.

These people are so fucking nasty and unprofessional. I’m not sure if they are just in desperate need of employees but I can’t imagine why they hired this idiot to deliver food… First thing that irritated me was that the delivery guy called to have me walk out to the gate of the apartments I live in, like are you fucking kidding me? –_-… I wouldn’t have made a big deal of this if it weren’t already midnight and my apartment wasn’t so far from the gate… But anyways, I walk all the way to the front to let him in and walk all the way back to my place… As he’s handing me the food I already see sauce all over the inside of the bag and the boxes they put the wings in, again I don’t make a big deal. As he’s handing me the other boxes, one of the chicken wings fall out. So at this point I just want to tell him to take the food and leave… I turn around to grab the money from the counter & I see that the wing he dropped on the floor is gone. I asked him what did he do with it and he said he threw it. So I ask again, «you just threw the wing out somewhere?» And he said yes… So I tell him I’m not paying the $ 30 for the food and gave him 25(which I feel is VERY generous). After I shut the door I go look at the wings and count the ones that SHOULDHAVE have had a missing one, come to find out he didn’t throw the wing out he put it back in my box! I am so fucking LIVID… I call dominoes and try to explain what happened and he questioned ME as to why the wing fell out… Omg… I cannot believe these people… At first he was trying to give me store credit or whatever but I told him I just want my money back. He ended up giving me a bullshit apology and had the guy bring my money back… I’m such a passive person so it takes a lot for me to even consider taking the time to write a bad review for someone’s business… So anyways, I’m left mad, disgusted, and starving :/… Don’t bother ordering from this place unless you don’t mind food poisoning and shitty customer service.
