Was ignored the moment I walked into the door and had to wait about 10 minutes for the workers to even realize I was waiting to order. They cashier was rude and kept interrupting me to ask me if that was all I wanted and what the total was before I was even done ordering, who does that? I got back a bacon western that had no bacon? And it looked like someone stepped on it before I even got it. Do not come here and if you do make sure to be ready to ask for a different meal or just go to another fast food place nearby

The only reason the score is higher is because you have some employee(Guillermo) coming in and writing 5 star reviews for himself as a great employee from different emails or friends. LOL If you can’t get an honest score on here you need a manager that can fix the problems not load up Unilocal with a bunch of fake reviews. Y’know I haven’t had to do this in awhile but I think this deserves attention. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such blatantly bad service and quality… it’s almost like its on purpose. I mean, how hard is it… how difficult is it… to remember something so extraordinarily easy as putting actual jalapeños on a jalapeño burger? No, seriously. Is it that remarkable that in the past at other locations that I’ve received jalapeños on a jalapeño burger? Should I consider it just plain dumb luck that I’ve gotten what I ordered in the past? I mean… the jalapeños are sorta the point right? Who cares if the fries are over cooked and cold. Nevermind that the soda is actually just carbonated water and no syrup. Who really even notices that all of this bad service comes at a fairly expensive price tag for what has clearly become nothing more than«fast food». I’m actually pretty comfortable that these idiots are finally making a higher wage without having to give higher quality food or service… but where I draw the line… where I draw an F#%@!-ing LINEINTHESAND… is being such an A-hole to your customers as to hand out coupons that have ALREADYEXPIRED. Now if that isn’t on purpose then what the hell is it? Congrats Carl’s Jr, you’ve de-throned McDonalds as the worlds worst burger joint. And(not that it matters) have lost a customer.

Nice place to eat, nothing fancy. They treat you fairly good. Kind of pamper you to make you come back. I got all the ranch dressing I wanted, not like Mickey D’s where they charge you for condiments. I felt like leaving a tip, I didn’t, instead I thought I could share my experience. Boohya!

This place by far the worst customer service. Spoke to the manager over the phone concerning my order. She was no help and careless what I had to say. She was rude n ya ya I’ll fix the prob. I don’t want freebees but just address food allergies to take it serious. I got food for my son n told the girl took my order no cheese and got home n guess what there cheese. Just take food allergies serious. She not a pleasant person to deal with. Check your food before u leave the lot.

Got my order wrong. The burgers were cold and mushy. The fries were stale. This place is rediculous. Do not recommend coming to this location. I advise you drive the extra mile or two to the other locations.

I usually do not like to put bad reviews but I’m sorry this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went with 5 minutes left for breakfast and I wanted my 2 for 3 on the bisects. The cashier said sorry we only have 1 left I told her there was still 5 minutes left and her response was sorry we don’t want to make them. I mean really at least come up with an excuse. They have rude staff and they doesn’t seem to care about there customers. I will not go to this location again. I do not recommend you going either.

I am a big fan of carl’s jr, but this is by far the WORST carl’s i have ever been to. First off, I tried to use a coupon, but they said that they didn’t have that item there. what? I wouldn’t be shocked if I gave that coupon at a regular carl’s, but the coupon that I had was for a burrito, and they have«GREENBURRITO» listed outside their restaurant. Instead, they sold burritos that were over $ 6…they had better be some damn good burritos or else no one would even buy them. Handed them another coupon instead, and waited nearly 15 minutes for fries and chicken tenders. HOWLONGDOESITTAKETOMAKETHAT? Had to go to the cashier to demand for my food and did not receive any word of apology. In the end… the fries were cold and the tenders were steaming hot. I have to admit that they were the best chicken tenders I have tasted out of all the carl’s BUT it does not make up for the shitty service. This carl’s needs a lot of improvement.

I ordered waffle fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. 4 hours later, I feel sick to my stomach. I just puked everything out. When I was eating the sandwich, it didn’t taste good but I kept eating it because I was hungry. I should stopped knowing there was something wrong with it. Also, the fries were way overcooked. Haven’t ate at the green burrito since about 15 years ago. Now I know why. First off they got my order wrong. Gave me beef instead of chicken tacos. I’m not sure if this is what they always taste like, but the chicken tacos were disgusting. I couldn’t even finish them. And I hate wasting food. The chicken didn’t even taste like real meat and no seasoning. I think I’ll just stick to chipotle or el pollo loco. I guess you get what you pay for. One thing that was good was the manager was polite and apologized when they switched my orders. But I’m sorry. I can’t give this place more than one star. Most likely never coming back.

I go to fast food chains a lot since I know what to expect and I always need my meals in a hurry. Naturally I went here since Carl’s Jr I’m very familiar with and they always give out those bogo coupons in the mail. I’ve been here many times and what I remember the most is the awkward parking. If the drive thru is busy you will have some trouble getting out if you park in front of there. The lighting inside was very dim, even though it was in the afternoon it needs to be brighter. Just like some other Carl’s this one is a joint Green Burrito but they don’t have the salsa bar anymore. Lastly your food will come out slow! Maybe a good 10 minutes to get your food so you will be waiting a while. The food is what you expect from Carl’s just a little slower.
