Odered a Teriyaki burger which is OK but a breakfast burrito is terrible, cost more than $ 3 and it looks more like a 99 cent burrito

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Ordered a basic breakfast burrito that said 3.99 and he tell me 7.89 when I ask him why, he could not figure it out and got mad at me for not wanting to pay double. Once I just ordered something more simple he basically threw the number at me. Definitely not going back to this location. Such a shame.

This Carl’s Jr. location has gone to shit, there is always something wrong with my order, staffs are rude and food is sloppy. Today I ordered fried zucchinis, I found 2 big onion rings under 5 tiny pieces of fries zucchinis. What a joke! So basically I was charged full price for a ¼ cup of fried zucchinis. In my eyes that called stealing!
Need new management ASAP!!! Will call corporate soon!

This is the worst Carl’s jr ever!!! They didn’t give me my order correctly. And when I called the store back so I can speak to someone, they don’t even pick up the phone. Bad customer service on their end. I will never go back to this location. Didn’t give me my receipt or any condiments or anything. I’m not going to waste my time driving back. Recommend people not go to this location!!!

The manager seems really cool and ready to serve you. But the douche bag working the drive thru window goes out of his way to ignore you and not take your order if you are standing in line. I belive his name is Jose the douche bag! And I know it’s not just me. I went the day before for lunch and the following morning for a breakfast sandwich. He did the same thing both times! What a DOUCHE BAG!

Burgers came home through drive thru, Luke warm, and my «no tomato no cheese no onion» famous star has 2 meets and 2 cheese. Seriously ridiculous. It wasn’t hard.

I came here for a quick dinner thru the drive thru. I did not have any issues. The line was quick and food tasted good. I maybe got lucky and got good service for once at this location.

Eat inside here if you want people coming up to you every 5 mins asking for some spare change.

Ordered a double western cheeseburger and I got a jalapeño burger. Not like I can eat it, I’m allergic! Not wasting my time and gas to get the burger I wanted. Pissed.

I asked the worker if I can have honey mustard & ketchup and she said I already put ketchup in there and honey mustard are only for chicken tenders … I didn’t know condiments are order with certain food now & there weren’t any ketchup in my bag.

Service here can be a dick sometime depend on who you deal with. There’s this one employee here (name: I think it was «Manuel» or something. I’ll update once I get his name again) that is really nice. He’s a hard working person and I really enjoyed getting order from him in the drive thru or in the restaurant. That’s the only employee that I like, and the rest of them just don’t wanted to be there at all.
I gave 4 stars for just that one employee and the food.

This restaurant was so dirty. The floors were sticky and they moped the floor that llooked like a dirty mop it was still sticky after they mopped it the bathrooms were dirty the tables were not cleaned I would not recommend this restaurant

What a joke, burrito looked nothing like the picture on the menu board, looked like a 99 cent burrito from del taco. Employees walk around like zombies. Go elsewhere.

Customer service here doesn’t exist. Employees are too busy flirting with one another to smile or thank their customers. I’ve been through the drive thru a few times and it’s always the same thing. Last time the girl in the window overfilled my soda and when I told her I needed napkins to clean up my car she ignored me. Finally the mgr she had been busy flirting with gave me a handful only after I tried to get her attention 3 times. This visit the mgr took my debt card, said «just the sandwiches?» charged me and passed me my bag and my card back. No thank you, no offer for sauce, or even a smile! I ordered 2 $ 6 burgers low carb style and when my son and I went to eat them, the lettuce was falling apart and they were really messy. Carl’s Jr please get some good staff at this location! Taking my $ and my business elsewhere when I need to grab a quick dinner on the way home from basketball practice!

Worst services ever the cashier don’t even say hi .
They didn’t pay attention to my order and gave me the wrong thing .when I told them about it they gave me attitude. There a lot of homeless people around but that’s not the bad thing it’s the service I will never come back to thus location nor recommend anyone to eat here
And this is sad because I love Carl’s.

Very bad customer service! There’s kids taking orders and fooling around… and its so slow… they are not kind at all… I ordered nachos and I got like a half order… either the portions are becoming smaller or its just this restaurant. I’ll need to check out another Carls Jr to see what’s going on, but for now, never coming back here… :(

I wasn’t sure if I was inside or outside. There were people sleeping and possibly dealing drugs inside.
When we walked in someone at the counter saw us, said «hello,» and then grabbed a mop and left to clean the floor. Our group of three just stood there for a couple of minutes wondering who would come and take our order.
After we ordered Taquitoes with extra sauce, they brought it with two tiny lines of sauce and an extra container only half filled. I don’t think they understand the concept of extra.
Didn’t want to pee in their bathroom after being in the restaurant for awhile, definitely held it until later.

Haven’t been here for years! The last time I was here I found hair in my western burger!!! Today I ordered 4 big hamburgers «low carb» style (2 for me and 2 for the gf). Ate one, had to admit it was pretty tasty. Opened up my second burger and first thing is see if a strand of HAIR!!! WTF !!! I brought the burger to the cashier and he asked me if I wanted another burger well F NO!!! I don’t want another one! Got my refund for the 1 burger came back the table saw that the gf started on her 2^nd burger lol
Check your food before eating at this place comes with a side of hair.
Debit card peeps they card $ 1 transaction fee!!!

They don’t have green burrito stuff at night time, sad face!!! Customer service could be a little better too, not really nice people working there!

This place is bad, went today and got the Memphis BBQ six dollar burger combo Medium size via Drive-​Thru. Came home top find out the first were half empty, the six dollar burger is no where near a Memphis burger, Just cheese and ketchup, not even BBQ sauce. the drink they gave me wasn’t the one i order either. I paid 9.68 for such crappy food. They really need to fix the way thiier employee work. This place sucks… should be shut down!!!
